| 摘 要： | 本文在分析黄土高原综合治理的历史经验和存在问题的基础上，提出了应用持续土地利用（管理）的理论作为黄土高原今后的综合治理和开发的指导思想，将土地资源的合理利用和水土保持科学地统一起来。以陕北米脂县泉家沟流域为范例探讨了生态经济系统分析、土地利用系统结构优化、土地利用优化模型空间面积分配、土地系统生态设计以及土壤侵蚀量输出分析和水土保持决策等。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the analyses of the historical experience and existing problems in the comprehensive management of the Loess Plateau region, puts forward the suggestions of applying sustainable land use theory as a guiding principle for the future comprehensive management and development of the Loess Plateau and scientific unification of rational utilization of land resources and soil and water conservation. It discusses the theoretical method and technical ideas concerning sustainable land use in the hilly-gully regions of the Loess Plateau by taking Quanjiagou watershed in Mizhi County of Shanxi Province as a case. |
