| 摘 要： | 产业安全是国家经济安全的重要组成部分，新形势下产业知识产权风险是影响产业安全的重要因素之一。福建省重视产业知识产权安全问题，通过颁布政策文件、构建快速协同保护机制和保护联盟等措施保障产业知识产权安全，但仍存在产业知识产权风险管理政策不健全、管理主体不明确、管理措施不够严密等问题，因此要对产业知识产权风险管理进行顶层设计，制定产业知识产权风险管理政策，构建重点产业知识产权风险监测系统，及时防范和处置产业知识产权风险。

| Abstract: | Industrial security is an important part of national economic security, and under the new situation, industrial intellectual property risk is one of the important factors affecting industrial security. Fujian Province attaches great importance to the security of industrial intellectual property rights, and has taken some measures to ensure the security of industrial intellectual property rights, such as issuing policy documents, constructing rapid cooperative protection mechanism and protection alliance and so on. However, there are still some problems, such as imperfect policies, unspecified management subject, and inadequate management measures. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out top-level design of industrial intellectual property risk management, formulate industrial intellectual property risk management policies, build a monitoring system for intellectual property risk in key industries, and timely prevent and dispose of industrial intellectual property risks. |
