基于FAHP和GRA的员工胜任素质评价研究

摘    要:胜任素质评价属于多指标决策问题,针对胜任素质评价指标的模糊性特征,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)与灰关联分析法(GRA)相结合的胜任素质评价方法。采用基于模糊数的FAHP确定指标权重,弥补了AHP确定权重方面的不足;基于GRA的评价方法具有所需样本小、分析计算量小和便于掌握等特点。最后以某航空公司地勤人员胜任素质评价为例,验证了方法的合理性与可行性,评价方法亦能为业界与学界提供决策参考。

Abstract:Competency evaluation is a multi-index decision-making problem, and its indicators have the characteristic of fuzziness, therefore a new competency evaluation method was proposed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and grey relational analysis (GRA). For calculating indicator weight, FAHP based on fuzzy numbers can make up well for the shortcomings of AHP. Moreover, the evaluation method based on GRA has such advantages as a smaller sample size, less analysis and calculation, and easiness to master. The rationality and feasibility of this evaluation method were verified by taking the competency evaluation of an airline’s ground crew as an example. Such a method can also provide decision-making reference for relevant industry and academic circles.
