福建民营企业绿色低碳转型的实践与路径创新

摘    要:福建民营经济较为发达,在“碳达峰”和“碳中和”战略目标以及绿色发展新时代背景下,福建民营企业绿色低碳转型对福建推进“双碳”建设工作具有重要战略意义。立足于福建民营企业绿色低碳转型发展的实践探索,分析企业减碳规划和实施方式,发现当前民营企业绿色低碳转型存在内动不足,治理水平和创新能力有限等主要困境。借鉴安踏集团等晋江民营企业绿色转型的案例,提出积极引导履行社会责任、适当的环境规制与绿色激励并行等民营企业绿色低碳转型的创新路径。

Abstract:The private economy in Fujian Province is relatively developed. Under the backdrop of the strategic goals of “carbon peaking” and “carbon neutrality” and the new era of green development, the green and low-carbon transformation of private enterprises in Fujian is of great strategic significance for Fujian’s promotion of “dual carbon” construction. Based on the practical exploration of the green and low-carbon transformation and development of private enterprises in Fujian, analysis was conducted of the corporate carbon reduction planning and implementation methods, and it was found that there are major difficulties in the current green and low-carbon transformation of private enterprises, such as the lack of internal motivation and limited governance and innovation capabilities. Drawing lessons from the green transformation cases of Jinjiang private enterprises such as Anta Group, it puts forward the innovation path of green and low-carbon transformation of private enterprises, such as actively guiding the fulfillment of social responsibilities, appropriate environmental regulation and green incentives.
