| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化、大学适龄人口下降的社会背景下,日本大学图书馆陷入了经费、人员减少和服务要求加强的两难困境。为了保证所属大学教学、研究正常地进行,日本大学图书馆采取了一系列措施和对策,旨在加强馆务管理、扩大服务范围、提高服务水平。这些措施取得的了显著效果,同时也带来了新的问题。尽管我国大学图书馆的运行机制与日本不同,但它的一些思路和做法的确值得我国的大学图书馆学习和探讨。
