| 摘 要： | 目前,我国连锁企业物流配送存在着第三方物流配送使用率低、统一配送率低、规模小、现代化水平低等问题。文章依据JIT生产方式的工作机制,发挥第三方物流的积极作用,借鉴戴尔公司成功的第三方物流配送的成功经验,将传统的第三方物流与JIT的工作机制有机结合,构建出基于第三方物流的JIT配送模式,以利于提高我国连锁企业物流配送的效率。
