| 摘 要： | 风险投资对高新技术产业的发展至关重要,是惠州市中小高科技企业更好的融资选择。惠州市在引入风险投资上取得了初步成绩,但必须根据惠州市高科技产业风险投资吸引力竞争的swot分析结果,解决企业自身在吸引风险投资上存在的问题。通过政府对风险投资的直接支持,拓宽资金来源,实行风险投资主体多元化、优化风险投资环境,加快制定有关风险投资的法令法规等措施,解决中小高科技企业的融资问题。
