高职教育深化产教融合研究

摘    要:近十几年,我国高职教育发展先后经历了人才培养模式改革、校企合作关系探索的重要阶段,现今经历“教育与生产的交叉制度”的新阶段。新阶段的高职教育要以经济人假设为基础,依据利益相关者管理理论,综合平衡产教融合过程中政、企(行)、校等利益相关者的利益需求,以三螺旋模型理论为参照,重构政、企(行)、校三边关系,创新建立新型组织(平台),深化产教融合。

Abstract:The past decade has witnessed China’s development of higher vocational education through the reform of talents training mode and the exploration of school-enterprise cooperation, and now, to a new stage of the integration of education and industries. This article is intended to consider an approach towards reconstructing the trilateral relationships of government, industries and higher vocational institutions on the hypothesis of economic man according to stakeholder management theory, to comprehensively balance the interests and needs of stakeholders in the process of integration and establish innovative organizations as per the theory of triple helix model to deepen the integration of industries and education
