| 摘 要： | 计算机以及网络技术的迅速发展，给网络环境下的著作权保护带来了一系列新的问题，本文分别从数字化作品的著作权归属、作品在网络上传播的性质以及网络环境下作品的著作权管理等三个方面对网络环境下著作权保护作了一点分析。
