| 摘 要： | 探讨利用区块链解决科技期刊数字出版产业链中存在的问题，实现科技期刊数字出版的创新发展。文章通过分析基于区块链构建科技期刊数字出版平台的柔性基础、刚性保障和创新服务，从政策支持、行业支持和技术支持三方面分析如何推进我国区块链支持的科技期刊数字出版的转型，并提出基于区块链的科技期刊数字出版产业链新生态体系。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to explore the use of blockchain to solve the problems existing in the digital publishing industry chain of sci-tech journals, and realize the innovative development of digital publishing. The article analyzes the flexible foundation, rigid guarantee and innovative service of the digital publishing platforms for sci-tech journals based on the blockchain. Then, it analyzes how to promote the transformation of digital publishing of sci-tech journals in China from three aspects: the policy support, the industry support and the technical support. On this basis, a new ecological system for the digital publishing industry chain of sci-tech journals based on the blockchain is proposed. |
