多级皮带传输系统凭借它自身的特点和优势在输煤系统中有着广泛的应用。通过设计PLC控制器程序对输煤系统进行顺序控制,同时采用组态王做上位监控软件。介绍了皮带传输系统及其工艺要求;采用西门子S7—200可编程控制器（PLC）做下位机控制,上位机则采用工业通用组态软件—＂组态王＂设计控制界面,并最终完成上下位机的通信以达到多级皮带的自动化控制。 相似文献

本文对对地观测数据支持下的城镇人口估算方法进行了研究。首先，将研究区的居民地划分为高密度区、中密度区和低密度区，并且通过解译IKONOS数据获取各类型居民地的面积；然后，通过线性相关分析，研究居民地面积与居民人口之间的相关关系，并建立了相关关系式；最后，应用训练数据对居民地面积与居民人口之间的关系式进行了检验，结果显示：应用对地观测数据进行城镇人口估算，在理论上可信、方法上可行，是城镇应急状态下进行人口估算的可取方法。 相似文献

Assuring the quality control of publications in the scientific literature is one of the main challenges of the peer review process. Consequently, there has been an increasing demand for computing solutions that will help to maintain the quality of this process. Recently, the use of Artificial Intelligence techniques has been highlighted, applied in the detection of plagiarism, bias, among other functions. The assessment of the reviewer’s review has also been considered as important in the process, but, little is known about it, for instance, which techniques have been applied in this assessment or which criteria have been assessed. Therefore, this systematic literature review aims to find evidence regarding the computational approaches that have been used to evaluate reviewers' reports. In order to achieve this, five online databases were selected, from which 72 articles were identified that met the inclusion criteria of this review, all of which have been published since 2000. The result returned 10 relevant studies meeting the evaluation requirements of scientific article reviews. The review revealed that mechanisms to rank review reports according to a score, as well as the word analysis, are the most common tools, and that there is no consensus on quality criteria. The systematic literature review has shown that reviewers’ report assessment is a valid tool for maintaining quality throughout the process. However, it still needs to be further developed if it is to be used as a resource which surpass a single conference or journal, making the peer review process more rigorous and less based on random choice. 相似文献

针对当前产业结构研究的局限和不足,本文率先在该研究领域引入了社会网络的研究方法。通过社会网络与投入产出表的有机结合,提出了一种全新的、基于"关系"和"结构"视角的产业结构研究方法。利用我国2002年的投入产出数据和本文提出的研究方法,对我国产业结构的总体特征进行了实证研究。利用块模型分析方法,阐明了我国产业八大区块的范围和边界;刻画了我国产业总体结构的"中心化趋势",并对位于中心的产业进行了说明;提出了"最佳替代产业"和"自反性"产业区块的概念和实例,并分析了其在国家产业结构调整和优化过程中如何发挥各自的优势和作用。 相似文献

This paper investigates the semi-global practical asymptotic stability (SPA stability) of a class of nonlinear feed-forward cascade systems. In particular, using general theories presented on the stabilization of sampled-data systems, a SPA stabilizing controller has been designed and the essential conditions for the semi-global asymptotic stability of this class of nonlinear systems have been presented. In doing so, using the approximated discrete-time model of a general form of feed-forward cascade systems in conjugation with the idea of cross-term constructed Lyapunov function, sampled data stabilizing conditions for the discretized system have been investigated and subsequently, the proper SPA stabilizing controller has been derived. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, the designed controller is applied on three examples. First, the framework has been applied to a nonlinear mathematical example and then to the well-known ball and beam system. In the end, the Quorum Sensing mechanism has been investigated as a novel application that extends the use of this set of frameworks to biological systems. 相似文献

It long has been understood that the advance of technology, know-how more broadly, has been the wellspring of economic progress. It has been less well recognized that the advance of human know-how has been extremely uneven, very rapid and cumulatively great in some fields, like communications and computation, and quite limited in other fields, like house building and education. This paper begins to explore the reasons for this unevenness. At one level an important reason is that the sciences behind various technologies have advanced unevenly, but this only pushes the question back a stage; why the unevenness of scientific advance? In this case study, a collaborative risk method for information security management has been analyzed considering the common problems encountered during the implementation of ISO standards in eight Turkish public organizations. This proposed risk method has been applied within different public organizations and it has been demonstrated to be effective and problem-free. The fundamental issue is that there is no legislation that regulates the information security liabilities of the public organizations in Turkey. The findings and lessons learned presented in this case provide useful insights for practitioners when implementing information security management projects in other international public sector organizations. 相似文献

Japan successfully overcame the energy crises of 1973 and 1979, maintaining productivity in the face of drastically increased energy prices, despite the fragile nature of its energy structure. This was due to technological innovation efforts that led to rapid improvement in Japan's industrial technology as a whole.This paper tries to prove this hypothesis on the basis of an examination of the trends in the substitution of production factors by technology as represented by R&D investment efforts.Since the first energy crisis in 1973, there have been a number of attempts to identify the possibility of substitutability of energy by other production factors, but none have been successful in taking technology into account.This paper tackles this subject on the basis of the measurement of the technological knowledge stock and en empirical analysis using a translog cost function incorporating this stock, and shows that over the last two decades all production factors have been substituted by technology in Japan's manufacturing industry or have been moving towards that direction. 相似文献

A manual syringe drive has been found to fulfil the requirements for a high driving force and a small disturbance to the electro-optical system. A syringe bore has been selected with due regard for the force-speed characteristic of the hand and flow velocities of 25 m./sec. have been obtained in this manner. A direct comparison of a manual and an electric drive has been made and it has been found that the mechanical and electrical effects of the latter upon the photoelectric system greatly reduce the possible range of the electric drive method. 相似文献
