本文设计了一种基于STC89C51为主控芯片的智能温控风扇。该风扇系统使用数字温度传感器DS18B20检测温度,通过LCD12864显示温度值,BTS7960作为驱动模块驱动风扇转动。系统启动后自动检测外界温度,把温度数据发送到单片机中,再反馈给BTS7960驱动电路,自动调节风扇转速。为使实验结果更加明显,本设计采用24V、20W的风扇。软件用Altium Designer进行线路设计仿真和测试每一个模块,记录结果,并与实物接线后的运行结果进行比较。系统初始稳定范围值为温度28℃~35℃,风扇的转速成线性增大,当到达最高温度时,电压稳定输出24V,风扇功率达到20W;当环境温度下降时,风扇转速也随之线性下降,温度低于范围值时风扇将停止转动。 相似文献

随着科技的不断进步,在工业生产中温度是常用的被控参数,而采用单片机来对这些被控参数进行控制已成为当今的主流。基于单片机设计了数字温度测量及自动控制系统。系统由三个模块组成:温度采集模块、温度控制模块以及温度显示模块。其中温度采集模块是应用数字化温度传感DS18B20进行实时测温。温度控制模块是将程序写入AT89S52单片机中。温度显示模块是应用HD7279A同时驱动8位共阴式数码管显示温度值,并在温度高于预置值时,以闪烁的形式表示报警。系统的软件设计全部采用汇编语言编写。 相似文献

In this paper, within the framework of ordinary differential equation and eutrophication ecological theory, long-run sustainability of an impulsive switched eutrophication controlling system based upon the Zeya reservoir is studied analytically and numerically. A key advantage of the impulsive switched eutrophication controlling system is that it can be quite accurate to better describe the influence mechanism of some key factors during eutrophication controlling process, which enables a systematic and logical procedure for fitting eutrophication system to real monitoring data. Mathematical theoretical works have been pursuing the investigation of some conditions for all species persistence, which can deduce a standard parameter control relationship and in turn can provide a theoretical basis for the numerical simulation. Numerical analysis indicates that the theoretical results are correct and the long-run substainability of the impulsive switched eutrophication controlling system mainly depends on some critical parameters. It should also be stressed that the values of some critical parameter can be determined by a standard parameter control relationship. In addition, it is successful to show that the standard parameter control relationship maybe be used as an explicit threshold function to judge the long-run sustainability of eutrophication controlling process for the Zeya reservoir. Finally, all these results are expected to be of use in the study of the dynamic complexity of eutrophication ecosystems. 相似文献

针对PID控制器在不同的应用系统,需要动态调整PID控制参数的问题,提出了基于遗传算法的PID自适应参数优化方案。该方案通过将PID控制器产生的误差作为目标函数,利用遗传算法实现对PID控制器参数的自动调整。为了提高参数的优化效率,文章通过对交叉算子和变异算子的自适应处理,提高了PID控制器的性能。实验测试表明,文章设计的PID参数优化策略比普通的基于遗传算法优化策略效率平均高14.7%。 相似文献

High level oil temperature is one of the most important factories reasons for hydraulic system to breakdown.In order to improve ability of heat-radiation and control oil temperature within proper scope,new type oil tanks are required which are made up by plate-fin units.The analysis indicates that the new type oil tanks have a good natural ability of heat-radiation.To further enhance ability of heat-radiation,it should be fixed a fan in the bottom of the oil tanks,which can strengthen the ability of heat-radiation.With monitoring equipment,monitoring system can monitor the parameters of oil tanks in real time,and control the oil temperature within proper scope.Simulation experiments tell us some significant data. 相似文献

This paper studies the problem of composite synchronization and learning of multiple coordinated robot manipulators subject to heterogeneous nonlinear uncertain dynamics under the leader-follower framework. A new two-layer distributed adaptive learning control scheme is proposed, which consists of the first-layer distributed cooperative estimator and the second-layer decentralized deterministic learning controller. The first layer aims to enable each robotic agent to estimate the leader’s information. The second layer is responsible for not only controlling each individual robotic agent to track over desired reference trajectory, but also accurately identifying/learning each robot’s nonlinear uncertain dynamics. Design and implementation of this two-layer distributed controller can be carried out in a fully-distributed manner, which do not require any global information including global connectivity of the communication network. The Lyapunov method is applied to rigorously analyze stability and parameter convergence of the resulting closed-loop system. Numerical simulations on a team of two-degree-of-freedom robot manipulators have been conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results. 相似文献
