协同育人是职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作的再延伸和着力点,是新时代高职院校新一轮内涵质量提升的重要抓手。基于目前高职院校"特高计划"项目建设,从校企等办学主体如何协同的视角,探讨了协同教育理念的认知、推进协同育人的影响因素等高职院校协同育人建设的理论问题,并立足当前高职院校发展实践和现实诉求,有针对性提出了"五个根据"的高职院校协同育人建设的实现路径:即根据重点产业和新兴产业发展进行专业结构布局、根据职业岗位能力与职业资格标准进行课程开发、根据专业结构布局进行师资资源与学训资源的配套、根据"学习参与度"成效进行校内实训基地的功能开发、根据重点专业(群)的建设需求进行校企协同创新。 相似文献

黄炎培职业教育思想深刻地影响着现代职业教育的专业设置和专业建设。高职教育专业开发取得了积极的显著成效,但仍然存在专业设置与产业结构匹配度差、课程建设与企业资源利用率低、专业开发与三方预警有效性弱的不足。基于黄炎培职业教育思想得出高职教育专业开发须具备产业职业性、产教协同性、动态适应性的启示,提出高职教育专业开发多元协同机制的实施路径：构建“双育双融、产教协同、理实一体”的专业与产业协同机制、专业与企业协同机制、专业与预警协同机制。 相似文献

基于"职场体验"的思想,以广西职业技术学院为例,针对传统实践教学模式的不足,提出构建多专业协同综合实训教学模式,具体措施包括建立多专业协同综合实训教学体系,建立网络化多专业协同综合实训平台,构建创新创业实习实训基地,开发高职财经类多专业协同综合实训系列教材,打造一支高素质教学团队等五个路径。这个模式具有专业融合、网络模拟运行、岗位协同、贴近企业实际等特色,实施以来取得较好效果。 相似文献

目前我国教育技术应用发展存在的主要问题是:不能紧跟现代教育步伐;经费缺乏;发展失衡;实践者的素质不高;资源浪费与资源匮乏并存;应用没有达到预期效果。究其根源主要有:重视力度不够;发展处于自由、封闭形式;政策、措施、机制调控力差。解决上述问题应采取以下措施:完善信息化政策、措施,促进发展行为化;建立经费保障制度;适当规范建设标准;加强调控、监管,促进横向联系协同发展;健全保障激励机制。 相似文献

Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
