目的:探讨中西医配合心理指导治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效.方法:将60例妊娠剧吐住院患者随机分为两组.对照组采用禁食、补液、止吐、纠正酸中毒方法治疗;治疗组在对照组疗法基础上,加入口服香砂六君子汤加味或苏叶黄连汤加味,并辅以心理指导治疗.结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.7%、73.3%、经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:中西医配合心理指导治疗妊娠剧吐疗效好. 相似文献

目的:探讨尿激酶对有小房形成的胸腔积液的治疗作用.方法:配合病因治疗,对64例有小房形成的胸腔积液随机分2组,治疗组34例胸腔内注射生理盐水10～20ml 尿激酶10～20万单位;对照组30例给予生理盐水10～20ml 糜蛋白酶10～15万单位.结果:尿激酶组优于糜蛋白酶组,统计学上具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:尿激酶和糜蛋白酶治疗有小房形成的胸腔积液安全而有效. 相似文献

目的：探求并观察一种治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎简便有效的方法。方法：采用玻璃酸钠（SH）与倍他米松联合运用膝关节内注射治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎58例,根据患膝的疼痛、肿胀、关节积液等指标的改善程度分为优、良、可、差。结果：本组患者经过5～8周治疗,随访4～12周,优40例,良9例,可5例,差4例。总优良率84.5%,全组部分患者除局部胀痛外未见明显不良反应。结论：通过本组58例患者疗效观察,两种药物的关节腔内注射能迅速缓解疼痛,减轻肿胀及积液,改善关节功能,是一种值得推广的方法。 相似文献

目的 :研究小剂量尿激酶和法安明在脑梗塞早期应用的临床疗效。方法 :将 10 8例脑梗塞患者分为三组 ,分别采用小剂量尿激酶治疗 (简称尿激酶组 ) ;小剂量尿激酶加法安明治疗 (简称联合组 ) ;传统疗法 (简称对照组 )。治疗前后采用欧洲卒中评分法进行神经功能评分。结果 :治疗前各组分数无显著性差异 ,治疗后联合组 >尿激酶组 >对照组 ,差异均有显著性。联合组的卒中继续进展及再梗塞发生率明显降低。结论 :小剂量尿激酶与法安明联用能有效阻止血栓进展 ,减少再梗塞 ,有利于神经功能恢复 ,疗效显著而无明显副作用。 相似文献

目的：探讨小儿外伤性脑梗塞的诊断与治疗。方法：对35例小儿外伤性脑梗塞进行头颅CT、MRI扫描检查及临床观察并结合文献对其诊断及治疗进行讨论。结果：痊愈27例,轻残6例,重残1例,死亡1例。结论：外伤性脑梗塞患儿通过早期诊断、积极药物治疗及其他辅助治疗可获得满意疗效。 相似文献

目的：研究洛铂联合重组人血管内皮抑素（恩度）治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的有效性和安全性。方法：对确诊为肺癌恶性胸腔积液的63例患者进行分析,采用胸腔内注射治疗方法,其中32例注入洛铂和恩度（A组）,31例注入顺铂和恩度（B组）,比较两组间疗效、生活质量和毒副作用。结果：洛铂和恩度组与顺铂和恩度组在疗效和生活质量改善上比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）,在毒副作用方面,洛铂和恩度组白细胞（WBC）减少、贫血、恶心呕吐发生率较顺铂和恩度组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：洛铂联合恩度胸腔内注射治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液疗效与顺铂联合恩度相当,毒副作用较轻。 相似文献
