Pb2+、Cd2+对青稞幼苗生理指标的影响 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
采用室内水培法,研究了50mg/L浓度的Pb2 ,Cd2胁迫对青稞幼苗的叶片相对含水量、叶绿体色素和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响.结果显示,随着胁迫时间的延长,50mg/L Pb2 胁迫的青稞幼苗叶片相对含水量变化不大,叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量先上升后下降,叶绿素b和可溶性蛋白质含量有所降低;50mg/LCd2 胁迫的青稞幼苗叶片相对含水量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和可溶性蛋白质含量均显著下降,类胡萝卜素含量先明显升高后降低.表明50mg/L Pb2 对青稞幼苗胁迫程度不大,而50mg/L Cd2 胁迫对青稞幼苗造成了严重伤害.因此,同一浓度的重金属离子Pb2 ,Cd2 对青稞幼苗的胁迫程度不同. 相似文献

以中棉41、冀丰554、晋棉47三个品种棉花幼苗为供试材料,采用室内水培方法,研究Zn2、Pb2+不同浓度(0mg/L、40mg/L、100mg/L、160mg/L、260mg/L)胁迫对棉花幼苗POD活性、MDA含量、Pro含量的影响.结果表明:实验范围内,随胁迫浓度升高POD活性先升后降,MDA与Pro含量显著上升;低浓度(40 mg/L以下)胁迫对棉花幼苗没有影响,高浓度(40 mg/L以上)胁迫对棉花幼苗产生很大影响,160 mg/L左右达到POD所能调控的阀值范围;低浓度胁迫时,抗胁迫能力可能以抗渗透胁迫为主;对Zn2+胁迫耐性中棉41最强,晋棉47次之,冀丰554最低.对pb2胁迫耐性冀丰554最强,晋棉47次之,中棉41最低;Zn2+胁迫的棉花幼苗POD活性大于pb2胁迫;POD活性与不同逆境和不同浓度的相互作用关系较大,Pro含量与不同品种和不同浓度之间的相互作用关系较大. 相似文献

以不同浓度的镉(Cd2 )、锌(Zn2 )处理玉米，研究CA、Zn单一及复合污染对幼苗生长及生理生化特性的影响．结果表明，随着Cd2 、Zn2 浓度的增加，CA、Zn单一及复合处理的根长，株高、根和地上部干重减少；根内丙二醛(MDA)积累增加，根系活力和叶片硝酸还原酶活性下降，叶绿素含量降低，Cd、Zn交互作用显示出协同作用的趋势。 相似文献

为探讨外源一氧化氮在缓解重金属Cu2+胁迫中的作用,以水稻"苏秀9号"为试料,通过水培试验研究了在重金属Cu2+处理下硝普钠对水稻幼苗生长和抗氧化能力的影响。试验表明30μmol·L-1的Cu Cl2处理显著降低了水稻幼苗的株高、根长、根数和鲜重;并且提高了叶中H2O2和O2.-的含量,使幼苗遭受到严重的氧化胁迫,导致MDA含量和相对电导率显著提高;叶中SOD活性、POD活性、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量均显著下降。外源添加50μmol·L-1硝普钠后,30μmol·L-1的Cu Cl2处理的幼苗株高、根长等较Cu2+处理显著提高,叶中H2O2和O2.-的含量明显下降,MDA含量和相对电导率显著降低;叶中SOD活性、POD活性、APX活性、CAT活性、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量均显著升高。研究表明适量的SNP可以提高水稻抗氧化酶活性,降低ROS的含量,减缓叶片的膜脂过氧化程度,从而,更好地对抗重金属Cu2+的毒害作用。 相似文献

通过测定不同时间段内（24、48、72h）福寿螺肝脏丙二醛（MDA）的含量变化,观察重金属污染物对福寿螺肝脏的脂质过氧化影响,探究不同浓度重金属离子铬（Cr3＋）、铅（Pb2＋）、铜（Cu2＋）对福寿螺的胁迫作用.结果显示：在Cr3＋的胁迫下,福寿螺肝脏内的丙二醛含量发生了明显变化,均明显高于对照组.Cu2＋胁迫下,丙二醛含量随时间延长而升高,并且与重金属浓度成正比,在最大浓度72h时达到最大值;用Pb2＋处理时,MDA含量显著上升,但各浓度在72h时无显著变化. 相似文献

研究了外施浓度为0.01 mmol·L-1的亚精胺(Spd)对不同浓度镉(Cd2+)胁迫下荇菜(Nymphoides peltatum)叶片的叶绿体结构、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧阴离子(O-2)产生速率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及保护酶--超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响.结果表明,(1)Cd2+胁迫可使荇菜细胞的叶绿体结构遭到破坏,叶绿素含量减少.外施Spd则可有效地保护叶绿体结构,减少叶绿素的流失.(2)在单一Cd2+处理条件下,随着Cd2+浓度的升高,叶绿素含量呈现先升后降的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量则逐渐下降.外源Spd处理显著提高了二者的含量,并延缓了它们的下降速度.(3)在单一Cd2+处理条件下,SOD、POD和CAT活性分别在Cd2+浓度为1、1和2 mg·L-1时达到最高值,而后随着Cd2+浓度的增加其活性逐渐下降.外施Spd使它们的活性分别提高了5.8%、37.5%和3.3%,并降低了O-2产生速率和MDA的含量.上述结果表明,Spd增强了荇菜对Cd2+毒害的抗性,并在一定程度上缓解了Cd2+对荇菜的毒害. 相似文献

为了解刺槐幼苗对Cd胁迫的耐受程度和耐受机理,研究不同Cd含量(0、20、40、60、80 mg/kg)条件对刺槐幼苗生长、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、组织Cd含量及细胞分布特性的影响.结果表明:刺槐幼苗对Cd胁迫具有较强的耐受性,随着土壤中Cd含量的增加,幼苗的苗高、地径粗度、干质量受到一定程度的抑制;叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量逐步下降,类胡萝卜素含量增加;Cd离子主要分布在根部,茎次之,叶最少;在细胞中,Cd离子主要分布在细胞壁中. 相似文献

采用L16(44)正交法将Cd2+、Zn2+、Cu2+和Pb2+以不同浓度复合添加于培养基中,以研究其对光合细菌沼泽红假单细胞菌生长与净化PO43- -P和NH4+ -N能力的影响.对实验结果进行方差分析发现,四种重金属离子对该菌的延缓期、菌体增殖时间、最大O.D值(λ=680nm)、PO43- -P和NH4+ -N去除量均未达显著水平,其中Cu2+,Cd2+对延缓期影响与显著水平接近.从其F值及添加于培养基中的浓度看,其毒性大小为Cu2+＞Cd2+＞Zn2+、Pb2+,Zn2+和Pb2+毒性较接近.实验还发现,4种重金属离子复合污染时存在拮抗现象,使Cd2+,Cu2+毒性降低. 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
