近日读了沈德立教授主编的《非智力因素的理论与实践》一书,深感受益匪浅.该书从理论、实验与实践三方面入手,对非智力因素做了全面的研究与探索,详尽地论述了非智力因素的内涵、功能以及在人的全面发展中的作用;介绍了非智力因素的测评手段及其培养的原则、方法、途径,这对于今天素质教育的实施有着积极的指导作用.该书共分七章:第一章介绍了非智力因素研究的背景与发展现状,界定了非智力因素的含义与功能.第二章进行了非智力因素的理论探讨,阐述了非智力因素与全面发展、与教育原则、与德育、与学科教育的关系.第三章论述了采用自制问卷对我国中小学生非智力因素发展现状进行调查研究的结果.第四章探讨了非智力因素测评的理论依据并根据自己的研究成果提出了测评非智力因素的具体方法.第五章专章讨论了非智力因素的培养问题,包括培养原则、途径、方法,以及各种具体的非智力因素的培养措施.第六章通过三个自然实验的展示验证研究者所设想的非智力因素培养模式.第七章总结概括了中小学教师在培养学生非智力因素的过程中积累的宝贵经验. 相似文献
