研究目的:求斛双圆盘转了-密封系统的非线性振动特性和运动响应 创新要点:采用有限元法(FEM)和拉格朗目方程求解双圆盘转子-密封系统,进而为研究多级转了系统的非线性振动问题提供有效方法。研究方法:基于有限元法(FEM)和拉格朗目方程。同时利用四阶龙格-库塔法求解系统动特性运动响应情况,利用风岔图、时间历程图、轴心轨迹图、庞加莱映射和幅值谱等分析图研究双圆盘转子-密封系统的非线性振动特性。重要结论:随着转速的增大,双圆盘转子-密封系统呈现丰富的非线性运动形式,包括周期性运动、多周期运动,准周期运动以及混沌运动。在右端圆盘不平衡质量小于34kg、密封间隙范围为0.376mm-0.54mm、密封长度大于0.13m或者密封压差高于0.104MPa的情况下均有利于提高双圆盘转子-密封系统的稳定性。  相似文献

In this study a new dynamic model of a rotor system is established based on the Hamilton principle and the finite element method (FEM). We analyze the dynamic behavior of the rotor system with the coupled effects of the nonlinear oil film force, the nonlinear seal force, and the mass eccentricity of the disk. The equations of the motion are solved effectively using the fourth order Runge-Kutta method in MATLAB. The dynamic behavior of the system is illustrated by bifurcation diagrams, largest Lyapunov exponents, phase trajectory diagrams, and Poincaré maps. The numerical results show that the rotational speed of the rotor, the pressure drop in the seal, the seal length, the seal clearance, and the mass eccentricity of the disk are the key parameters that significantly affect the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system. The motion of the rotor system exhibits complex types of periodic, quasi-periodic, double-periodic, multi-periodic, and chaotic vibrations. This analysis can be used to guide the design of seal parameters and to diagnose the vibration of rotor/bearing/seal systems.  相似文献

By an iteration method, the influence of oil film inertia on piston skirt lubrication in a high speed engine is investigated. By alternately solving the Navier-Stocks equations and the Reynolds equation, the new iteration method can trace the variations of velocity field and pressure field with time. Based on this, the mixed-lubrication model suitable for the piston skirt of high engines is proposed. By introducing the inertia coefficient, the new lubrication model includes the inertia term in oil film. The model can be also used to solve for the lubrication performances of a piston skirt in low or medium speed engines and for lubrication problem in general excluding  相似文献

磁场作用下的磁性流体行波泵研究是行波泵设计的基础。通过分析了行波磁场作用下的磁性流体的运动方程,从而进一步推导了行波磁场作用下的磁性流体的速度方程、旋转速度方程和单位时间内的流量方程,并通过实验进行了验证。研究表明:行波磁场作用下的磁性流体会产生流动现象;行波磁场作用下的磁性流体流量与磁极旋转的角度有直接关系,磁极旋转的角度越大,其流量也越多;行波磁场的强弱对磁性流体流量也会产生影响,磁场越强,其流量越大;行波磁场的频率只能影响磁性流体的流速,对流量不产生任何直接影响。  相似文献

Based on the comprehensive forces balance model,a modified model of the formation of a single bubble in non-Newtonian fluid under constant flowrate was developed by taking account of the effect of the ingoing gas through orifice as well as its variation OH the radial expansion of bubble.The modified model involves the radial expansion equation of bubble surface and the forces balance equation in vertical direction of the bubble respectively.The shape variation of bubbles formed in polyacrylamide(PAM)aqueous solutions under various conditions was predicted numerically.The practical formation of bubbles was real-time visualized and recorded by a CCD camera and a computer by means of a special laser image measurement system.Results show that the predicted shapes of the bubbles by the present model agree well with experimental observation.  相似文献

The effects of journal misalignment on the transient flow of a finite grooved journal bearing are presented in this study. A new 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis method is applied. Also, the quasi-coupling calculation of transient fluid dynamics of oil film in journal bearing and rotor dynamics is considered in the analysis. Based on the structured mesh, a new approach for mesh movement is proposed to update the mesh volume when the journal moves during the fluid dynamics simulation of an oil film. Existing dynamic mesh models provided by FLUENT are not suitable for the transient oil flow in journal bearings. The movement of the journal is obtained by solving the moving equations of the rotor-bearing system with the calculated film pressure as the boundary condition of the load. The data exchange between fluid dynamics and rotor dynamics is realized by data files. Results obtained from the CFD model were consistent with previous experimental results on misaligned journal bearings. Film pressure, oil film force, friction torque, misalignment moment and attitude angle were calculated and compared for misaligned and aligned journal bearings. The results indicate that bearing performances are greatly affected by misalignment which is caused by unbalanced excitation, and the CFD method based on the fluid-structure interaction (FSI) technique can effectively predict the transient flow field of a misaligned journal bearing in a rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

Water curtain systems(WCSs) are key components for the operation of underground oil storage caverns(UOSCs) and their optimization and design are important areas of research.Based on the time series monitoring of the first large-scale underground water-sealed storage cavern project in China,and on finite element analysis,this study explores the optimum design criteria for WCSs in water-sealed oil caverns.It shows that the optimal hole spacing of the WCS for this underground storage cavern is 10 m in order to ensure seal effectiveness.When the WCS is designed with a 10-m horizontal hole spacing and a water curtain pressure(WCP) of 80 kPa,a water curtain hole(WCH) has an influence radius of approximately 25 m.The smaller the vertical distance is between a WCH and the main cavern,the greater the water inflow into the main cavern.The vertical hydraulic gradient criterion can be satisfied when this distance is 25 m.It shows that the optimal WCP is 70 kPa,which meets sealing requirements.  相似文献

A disc-type magneto-rheological fluid damper operating in shear mode is proposed in this paper, which is based on the special characteristics of the magneto-rheological (MR) fluid with rapid, reversible and dramatic change in its rheological properties by the application of an external magnetic field. The magnetic field of the disc-type MR fluid damper is analysed by the finite element method; the controllability of the disc-type MR fluid damper on the dynamic behaviour of a rotor system; and the effectiveness of the disc-type MR fluid damper in controlling the vibration of a rotor system, are studied in a flexible rotor system with an overhung disc. it is shown that the magnetic flux density of the disc-type MR fluid damper in the working areas can significantly change with the applied current in the coil; and that the dynamic behavior of the disc-type MR fluid damper can be varied by the application of an external magnetic field produced by a low voltage electromagnetic coil. The disc-type MR fluid damper can significantly change the dynamic characteristics of a rotor system, provided that the location of the disk-type MR fluid damper is carefully chosen. The disc-type MR fluid damper is a new actuator with good dynamic characteristics for rotating machinery. In this paper, a dynamic model is established for a two-stage rotor system connected by a gear coupling and supported on ball bearings with squeeze film dampers (SFDs). The nonlinear dynamic behavior of the rotor system is studied under misalignment fault condition. The meshing force of the gear coupling is calculated considering the deformation of the tooth caused by torque transmission and dynamic vibration. The contact force between the ball and race is computed based on the Hertzian elastic contact deformation theory and the elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory. The supported force of SFD is simulated by integrating the pressure distribution derived from Reynolds’s equation. The equations of motion are rewritten in non-dimensional differential form, and the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is employed to solve the nonlinear dynamic equilibrium equations iteratively. To verify the validity of the dynamic model and the correctness of the numerical solution method, the experimental power spectra of the rotor system under various misalignment degrees are compared with the analytical results. The effects of several important parameters, such as the lubrication of the ball bearing, the centralizing spring stiffness, the radial clearance of SFD, and the misalignment of gear coupling, on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system are investigated and discussed mainly focusing on the system stability. The response spectra, bifurcation diagrams, and Pointcaré maps are analyzed accordingly. These parametric analyses are very helpful in the development of a high-speed rotor system and provide a theoretical reference for the vibration control and optimal design of rotating machinery.  相似文献

该文提出了一维轴向扩散模型,并结合气因循环流化床中下行床及提升管的基本流体力学规律与四集总反应动力学模型,对提升管及下行床反应器用于瓦斯油催化裂化过程进行了模拟。计算结果表明,气体轴向运混对汽油收率有很大影响,汽油收率对Peclet准数在0.1~1000之间时变化较敏感。相同条件下,瓦斯油的转化率在 Pe=4(提升管)中比 Pe= 100(下行床)约低 10%。当瓦斯油的转化率提高时,气体轴向运混对汽油收率的影响更大。  相似文献

推导了两光滑平板间干气密封微尺度流动场的非线性雷诺方程,应用PH线性化方法、迭代法对非线性雷诺方程近似求解,得到气膜压力的近似解析式;利用极坐标下的流线方程,通过Maple程序求解压力方程和流线方程得到流线,此流线就是符合条件的拟合曲线。对拟合曲线槽干气密封气膜刚度进行计算与测试,并与螺旋槽进行比较。研究结果表明:在相同工况下,拟合曲线槽干气密封气膜刚度比螺旋槽大,且气膜刚度比螺旋槽稳定,这在工程实践中具有重要意义和应用价值。  相似文献

To improve the static and dynamic performance of hydrodynamic journal bearings, a novel bearing is developed, which is a cone-shaped hydrodynamic bearing with spiral oil wedges. The major structural feature of this bearing is the three spiral circular recesses on the bearing's surface, leading to improved characteristics. This paper aims to develop a model for design and calculation of the geometric parameters and the oil film thickness, and to provide a theoretical analysis to the static characteristics using a finite element method. The influence of sandstorms on train aerodynamic performance and safe running was studied in response to the frequent occurrence of sandstorm weather in north China. An Eulerian two-phase model in the computational fluid dynamic (CFD) software FLUENT, validated with published data, was used to solve the gas-solid multiphase flow of a sandstorm around a train. The train aerodynamic performance under different sandstorm levels and no sand conditions was then simulated. Results showed that in sandstorm weather, the drag, lift, side forces and overturning moment increase by variable degrees. Based on a numerical analysis of aerodynamic characteristics, an equation of train stability was also derived using the theory of moment balance from the view of dynamics. A recommended speed limit of a train under different sandstorm levels was calculated based on the stability analysis.  相似文献
