为了提高整个城市停车场的使用效率,在考虑个体停车选择行为的基础上,确定合理的路内停车定价.采用微观上分析车辆停放的选择过程,结合车辆停放者的行程时间、停车场搜索时间、停车等待时间、出口时间和停车场自身费用建立当前停车场的选择效用函数,通过效用函数建立了车辆停放者的概率选择模型,通过考虑停车选择的约束条件,在提高整个停车设施使用效率的前提下建立路内停车定价模型,并设计了容量加载方法作为求解模型的算法.通过铜陵市实例验证,计算的停车价格体系使路内停车平均停放时间降低了34%,周转率提高了67%。结果显示该模型能有效优化静态交通设施资源的利用. 相似文献

根据已经确定的首选停车场评价指标,引入遗传算法,在C++编程语言支持下,确定各影响停车决策因子指标的权重,再采用模糊评价矩阵构造用于确定各影响停车决策因子指标权重判断矩阵的新思路,构建与实现了用标准遗传算法检验判断矩阵的一致性和计算层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)中各要素权重的模糊综合评价新模型,比较各备选停车方案的优劣,最后选取评价值最高的停车场为首选停车场. 相似文献

福州市的停车问题特别是商业中心的停车问题日益突出.通过对福州东街口中心商业区停车目的、停车时间分布、停车场选择等问题的调查分析,表明目前福州东街口中心商业区存在着停车时同、空间利用的不均衡现象,现行的停车费率没有发挥经济杠杆的作用,赍率标准存在着较大的改进空间,立式停车楼将是未来停车场的发展方向,停车诱导系统有待进一步完善. 相似文献

为解决城市狭小空间内泊车难的问题,提出了针对平行泊车位的自动泊车系统轨迹规划与运动控制策略。在轨迹规划层采用圆弧切直线的几何方法进行泊车路径规划,利用三次样条插值保证路径曲率连续,基于二次规划求解满足泊车过程约束的最优速度曲线。跟踪控制层建立车辆运动学模型,基于PID和MPC分别设计纵向及横向控制器,实现对期望轨迹进行跟踪。通过Prescan/Simulink联合仿真进行了验证。结果表明:所提出的自动泊车轨迹规划与运动控制策略能够使车辆精确、平稳地泊入平行车位。 相似文献

Women describe a loss of autonomy during childbirth as a contributing factor to labor dissatisfaction. Shared decision-making with choice, option, and decision talk may improve satisfaction. Nurses (n = 29) received education on supporting women''s autonomy with a standardized communication tool (SUPPORT) to facilitate shared decision-making and create an evolving birth plan. This quasi-experimental pre-/post-test design evaluated participant responses to the education module. Participants supported the use of the SUPPORT tool for shared decision-making and developing evolving birth plans. Most recommended initiation between 13- and 26-weeks'' gestation. Nurses'' willingness to advocate for women''s autonomy increased significantly after education (p = .022). Shared decision-making with standardized perinatal communication may support a woman''s perinatal education and her satisfaction with labor. 相似文献

Despite recent attention to shared decision making as an approach to school reform, relatively little research has been conducted on the topic, and much of that research has relied on interviews and field notes, rather than systematic observation of team functioning. This investigation integrated systematic observations and interviews. The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership behaviors exhibited by principals, team leaders, and other team members (teachers, parents, students). We defined leadership according to team member contributions to decisions (decision content, decision-making processes, and statement function, such as initiating topics and making suggestions). This investigation used a comparative case study approach to examine the shared decision-making teams from three schools during the teams' first year. Results revealed variability in leadership across the three teams. Two teams were characterized by positive group process procedures with active involvement from a number of team members. A third team was dominated by the building principal with minimal input from most team members. This team appeared to be less productive than the other two. These findings are viewed in relationship to prior research literature concerning the ambiguity of team members' roles, lack of clarity concerning the power of shared decision-making teams, and the impact of school vision. 在某停车场泊位变化实测数据分析的基础上,建立了一个停车场有效泊位占有率短时预测模型.南京某停车场实测泊位数据分析表明,在不同的观测尺度上,停车场有效泊位占有率具有很强的周期性和相似性,但观测尺度越小,随机性越强.基于有效泊位占有率的这种短时变化特性,提出采用小波分析和加权马尔可夫组合模型对有效泊位占有率进行短时预测.首先,通过选择合适的小波函数对有效泊位占有率时间序列进行多分辨率的小波分解,并对低频信号与高频干扰信号分别进行重构,然后对重构后的基本信号和不同分辨率的干扰信号分别建立加权马尔可夫预测模型,最后对各自外推的预测结果进行合成,得到最终预测结果.实例分析表明,所提出的预测模型对有效泊位占有率的短时预测结果是有效的,但模型的预测精度依赖于有效泊位占有率数据库的实时更新. 相似文献

While environmental action is recognized as an effective approach for developing young people’s capabilities as citizens and contributing to environmental improvements, little research has addressed how adults facilitate youth action projects. Environmental action involves a partnership among youth and adults characterized by shared decision-making. We sought insights into the adult experience of shared decision-making through phenomenological interviews with 33 educators facilitating youth environmental action in various non-formal and formal settings in the USA. Educators described experiencing tensions in sharing decision-making power, which we conceive of as a duality – two inseparable elements both contradictory and complementary that drive the dynamics of a system. The duality consists of youth autonomy and adult authority, which stems not only from formally vested decision-making power but also adults’ experience and wisdom. Educators navigated this duality through diverse approaches to structuring youth participation, supporting youth, valuing mutual learning, and communicating transparently to develop equitable relationships. 相似文献

In this multi-case qualitative study the degree to which school-based decision-making (SBDM) is understood and conceptualised by the members of school governing bodies (SGBs) - educators, chairpersons of SGBs, principals, and learner representative councils-as well the extent to which decisions were shared among the various groups represented on the SGBs were examined. Multiple sources, such as meeting observations and interviews were used to collect data. Data revealed that decision-making processes in townships and rural schools seemed to be dominated by educators (educator-dominated SGB) and principals (principal-dominated SGB) respectively, while the urban school appeared to have achieved true shared decision-making (balanced decision-making). I therefore suggest that it is not sufficient to accept that promulgation at face value; and expect that implementation of policies in schools would suddenly convert these schools into true institutions practising and cherishing shared decision-making in their daily operations. Collective active efforts and ongoing training are still needed for the more effective functioning of SGBs. Although the research has tended to validate the findings of other studies, it has also made some contribution to the knowledge about the integration of the adapted governance models to analyse the extent to which decisions were shared among the members of SGBs in the selected three case studies. Its use in this study is, therefore, a methodological contribution to the study of SBDM. 相似文献
