在对电子类职教师资需求市场进行充分调研的基础上,根据电子信息类专业技术水平和电子类职教师资的实际需要,借鉴CDIO工程教育和我校电子信息工程专业“3CE”人才培养的理念,提出了以能力培养为主线的“工程能力＋师范技能”的电子类应用型职教人才培养模式。探索实践了与该模式相对应的“431”（“四层次、三阶梯、一目标”）能力培养体系。实践证明：该模式有利于培养具有创新精神、实践能力和创业精神的电子类中等职教师资人才。 相似文献

发展职业教育，师资是关键，而目前对职教师资教育专业化的问题重视不够，研究也很少。独立的、完整的职教师资专业化教育势在必行。只有把职教师资教育从教师教育中凸显出来，把职教师资培养与普通师范培养有所侧重地区别开来，在教师专业教育主体多元化的共有基础上，实现现有教育资源的再生性开发，才能形成具有中国特色的职教师资培养体制和机制。因此，构建多元的职教师资培养体系，大力推进职教师资教育专业化便成为提升师资素质、满足职业教育师资需求的当务之急。 相似文献
