高校劳动教育和资助育人共同聚焦于大学生全面发展。资助育人实践内含树立劳动价值观念、培养劳动知识素养、涵养劳动精神品德等育人目标和育人功能。目前,我国大学生资助育人工作还存在劳动形式和劳动内容的主观分类和矮化,技能素养塑造中认识坍缩和内容设限,劳动品格培养中态度消极和行为惰化等育人问题。本文认为,应该从用好以劳动价值观为核心的资助育人抓手,保持经济帮扶与劳动素养培养的协同并进,紧密结合精准资助育人和劳动教育组织保障等三个方面着手,解决资助育人中劳动价值观缺陷、劳动素养培养不足和劳动精神虚化等问题,进一步提升大学生资助育人成效。 相似文献
