An incubation study was conducted to investigate the effects of metsulfuron-methyl herbicide on the soil microbial biomass in loamy sand soil. The herbicide was applied to the soil at four concentrations: control, 0.01, 0.10, and 1.00 μg·g−1 soil. Determinations of microbial biomass-C and microbial biomass-N contents were carried out 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 25, and 45 days after herbicide application. In comparison to untreated soil, the microbial biomass-C and biomass-N decreased significantly in soils treated with herbicide at concentrations of 0.1 and 1.0 μg·g−1 soil within the first 7 days of incubation. The application of metsulfuron-methyl herbicide to the soil reduced the Cmic/Corg and Nmic/Ntotal percentages, which decreased with increasing application rate of metsulfuron-methyl herbicide. Compared to the untreated control, a marked increase in the microbial biomass C: N ratio was observed in the herbicide treated soil. This effect was transitory and was significant only at the higher rates of metsulfuron-methyl. 以采用Schaal烘箱法测定过氧化值(POV),研究白藜芦醇对油脂的抗氧化能力。结果表明,白藜芦醇对油脂有良好的抗氧化效果。白藜芦醇在0.01%~0.06%添加量范围内抗氧化效果存在量效关系。添加VC、柠檬酸对白藜芦醇的抗氧化作用具有协同增效作用,其抗氧化活性优于自身单一成分。其中白藜芦醇、Vc、柠檬酸以3∶2∶2的比例复配时,其抗氧化协同增效作用最为显著。  相似文献

以红花籽油和甘油为原料,在碱催化剂的作用下合成红花油脂肪酸甘油酯,分析了红花油品质对该反应的影响,考察了加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂时的浴剂效应以及反应过程中的温度效应、浓度效应.结果发现,反应时间随总反应浓度的减少而同步减少,随总反应浓度的增大而同步增大;在不同的反应温度下,红花油脂肪酸单甘酯浓度随时间延长而增长,其变化的图形呈正抛物线的右半部分;催化剂用量相同时,反应中间体的稳定时间与产率呈正相关性.  相似文献

用不同浓度的乙草胺对小麦幼苗染毒处理,检测小麦幼苗内的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化.结果表明:各实验组随染毒时间的延长,在不同质量浓度乙草胺的胁迫下,小麦幼苗细胞的CAT活性呈现出不同的变化趋势.在低质量浓度时,CAT活性表现出先下降后升高,再降低的特点;在中质量浓度时,CAT活性表现出先升高后下降,再升高的特点;在高质量浓度时,CAT活性表现出缓慢下降的特点.在乙草胺的胁迫下,小麦幼苗内cAT活性与对照组相比,差异极显著(P〈0.01).结论:乙草胺对小麦幼苗有较强的毒性效应.  相似文献

“黑白”作为中国传统水墨画中主要的色彩语言 ,已经形成了中国所特有的“墨文化” ,但这种对于“黑白”的喜爱 ,近来在一些中国现代抽象油画中也屡有体现。其中综观中国现代抽象油画的代表人物———赵无极先生油画作品的画面色彩构成 ,可以发现“黑白”在其中占据着极为重要的地位 ,并且由“黑白”在画面中组成了有别于欧美抽象油画的气韵和画面空间 ,从而形成了具有“东方色彩”的抽象绘画形式。所以研究“黑白”在画面色彩构成中的地位及成因 ,以及这种地位所形成的画面效果 ,对于研究中国现代抽象油画无疑具有一定的现实意义  相似文献

丙烯酸十二酯以外的其它丙烯酸高级酯的均聚物及与第二单体 A(丙烯腈)的共聚物对标准基础油基本无降凝效果,但应对润滑油有较好的增粘作用。采用溶液聚合方法,用正交试验法对丙烯酸十二酯以外的其它丙烯酸高级酯与第二单体A进行聚合试验,将聚合物以质量分数为1%的添加量加入到润滑油基础油中,对调合油的粘度进行测定,以增比粘度ηsp 、粘温指数 Q和粘度指数VI为考察目标,探讨丙烯酸十二酯以外的其它丙烯酸高级酯的均聚物及与第二单体 A的共聚物对润滑油基础油的增粘作用。  相似文献

用金属切削乳化油与水稀释成的乳化液在金属切削加工中具有冷却、润滑、清洗和防锈作用.乳化油的种类很多,生产工艺不尽相同,本文介绍了一种利用精脂酸和松香与碱直接皂化的产物作乳化剂、乙醇作稳定剂、加入高效防锈剂和极压剂来生产金属切削乳化油的新工艺.实践表明,采用这种工艺生产出的金属切削乳化油润滑性能和防锈性能好、乳化速度快、安定性好、具有一定经济效益.  相似文献

A 21-day laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to investigate the impact of pesticides (insecticide, herbicide, fungicide) on paddy field soil health under controlled moisture (flooded soil) and temperature (25°C) environment. The electron transport system (ETS)/Dehydrogenase activity showed negative correlation with pesticides concentrations, decreased with increase of pesticide concentration. The higher doses (5 to 10 times field rates) of pesticides significantly inhibited ETS activity, while lower rates failed to produce any significant reducing effect on the control. The toxicity of pesticides in decreasing the ETS activity was in the order: insecticide > fungicide > herbicide, irrespective of their rates of application. The pesticides increased the soil phenol content, which increased with increasing concentration of agrochemicals. The pesticide application did not produce any significant change in soil protein content. The response of biomass phospholipid content was nearly similar to that of ETS activity. The phospholipid content decreased with the addition of pesticides in the order insecticide > fungicide > herbicide and the toxicity was in the order: 10 FR (field rate) > 5 FR > 1.0 FR > 0.5 FR > control. The aim of this present study is to investigate the effect of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil (essential oil from Z. bungeanum Maxim.) on cytotoxicity and the transdermal permeation of 5-fluorouracil and indomethacin. The cytotoxicity of Z. bungeanum oil on dermal fibroblasts and epidermal keratinocytes was studied using an MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay. The rat skin was employed to determine the percutaneous penetration enhancement effect of Z. bungeanum oil on hydrophilic and lipophilic model drugs, i.e., 5-fluorouracil and indomethacin. The secondary structure changes of the rat stratum corneum (SC) were determined using attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), and saturated solubilities and SC/vehicle partition coefficients of two model drugs with and without Z. bungeanum oil were also measured to understand its related mechanisms of action. It was found that the half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) values of Z. bungeanum oil were significantly lower in HaCaT and CCC-ESF-1 cell lines compared to the well-established and standard penetration enhancer Azone. The Z. bungeanum oil at various concentrations effectively facilitated the percutaneous penetration of two model drugs across the rat skin. In addition, the mechanisms of permeation enhancement by Z. bungeanum oil could be explained with saturated solubility, SC/vehicle partition coefficient, and secondary structure changes of SC.  相似文献
