为了解当前大学生志愿服务活动现状,对全国16所高校的5258名大学生从志愿服务认知、行为、态度等方面进行了调查。调查发现,当前部分大学生志愿服务存在着认知缺乏、组织管理漏洞和长效机制缺乏等问题。从个体正确认知、组织智慧管理、多方主体协同等方面入手,能够推动志愿服务向“智愿服务”的创新发展。 相似文献

大学生志愿服务逐渐成为社会传递正能量的重要力量。中国志愿服务的现状为:发展迅速,但发展不平衡;服务次数多,但内容较窄;影响力大,但缺乏长期延续性;志愿服务管理规范较多,但激励措施不健全。而国外的志愿服务特点体现在:志愿服务人员的参与度广,服务内容宽;志愿服务组织多样化,规章制度严格;志愿者获得精神和物质上的回报。因此可以借鉴国外的志愿服务经验,完善我国的志愿服务:提高社会公众对对志愿者的认知度;建立便利的志愿服务平台;健全志愿者工作激励机制;鼓励发展民间志愿服务组织。 相似文献
