风机设备故障必然伴随着振动,所以振动信息是判定设备是否故障的重要标准。使用MATLAB和TMS320F28335型DSP,设计了用于监测风机变流器振动信息的系统。使用加速度传感器采集风机的振动信息,通过调理电路对电压和电流调理后,信号经过DSP自带的模数转换模块传输给DSP,将处理后的振动信息通过I2C通信模块发送给上位机MATLAB显示。通过这种方式,振动信息可以实时显示在PC上,且不会影响DSP上挂载其他设备。 相似文献
