以枇杷果渣为主要原料,经调味和真空冷冻干燥制作成枇杷脆片,试验结果表明:0.1%D-异抗坏血酸钠和0.1%焦亚硫酸钠复配作为冷冻保存压榨后枇杷果渣的抗氧化剂;枇杷脆片最佳配方比例:枇杷果渣70%、白糖20%、柠檬酸0.02%、明胶0.05%;冻干前杀菌参数:加热温度85℃,加热时间30min;真空冷冻干燥参数:50 min升温至105℃保持180 min、30min内降温至100℃保持180 min、30 min内降温至95℃保持240 min、30min降温至85℃保持180 min,30min降温至75℃保持120 min。  相似文献

研究了一种基于ARM11处理器、采用塔形聚类算法和欧式距离公式进行色差测量的墙地砖色差检测装置,它采用CMOS摄像头进行图像采集,软件用的是Linux操作系统。实验结果表明,该装置能满足墙地砖色差的非接触式检测。  相似文献

近些年来,超导技术在电力工业中的应用日益广泛,出现了多种应用在电力系统中的超导电力装置,这些装置对电网的安全经济运行将起到重要的作用。超导电力装置中需使用大量的绝缘材料,这些材料大多工作在低温真空的环境中,因此,绝缘材料在低温真空环境中的电气性能将极大影响装置运行的可靠性。笔者研制了一套电极系统,它能够测试绝缘材料在低温真空环境中的击穿特性,并利用研制的电极系统对几种薄膜材料在低温真空中的击穿特性进行了初步研究。通过试验证明,该系统能够可靠、稳定地开展薄膜材料在低温真空环境中的击穿试验。  相似文献

在土遗址加固保护中,对土遗址加固前后颜色变化(又称色差)和透气性的测试是衡量加固材料加固效果优劣的两个核心因素,同时也是建立土遗址加固评价体系中的两项关键技术指标,两者缺一不可.按照颜色科学领域中国际照明委员会GIELAB标准色度表色系统对色差的评价体系和利用国内外材料科学中对透气性的压差法中的重量测试法,对国内外现有的、常用的几种土遗址加固材料和正在研究中的加固材料进行了加固前后色差和透气性的系统测试,客观地对几种加固材料加固前后颜色变化大小和透气性的优劣作出了初步评价,也为建立土遗址加固的色差和透气性评价体系打下初步基础.  相似文献

研究了在不加碱pH渐变值条件下,经特殊热处理后,用枯草杆菌碱性蛋白酶和黑曲霉酸性蛋白酶混合水解玉米蛋白的方法,利用正交试验因素法考察了各种水解条件对玉米蛋白水解度和降解率的影响,并得出最佳水解条件是底物浓度80g/l,水解温度为55℃,碱性蛋白酶与底物比为50μl/g蛋白,酸性蛋白酶与底物比为8%(g/g).利用反相高效液相色谱法测定水解产物氨基酸的成分,这些氨基酸包括人体,必需的八种氨基酸.  相似文献

以4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)为主要原料,制得具有确定硬段结构的可光固化水性聚氨酯聚脲乳液,作为特种纸张表面施胶剂.通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行了分析;系统研究了双键含量(PETA含量)对乳液和涂膜性能的影响:讨论了此类施胶剂对纸张物理性能的影响.结果表明,随着双键含量的增加,乳液粒径增大;光固化后涂膜的拉伸强度增大,吸水率降低,但断裂伸长率降低;光固化后纸张的环压强度、湿强度及平滑度明显改善,水滴接触角增大;而耐折度略有下降.当w(PETA)=8.20%时,耐折度最高,为646次;当w(PETA)=30.88%时,固化后纸张湿强度达到52.3%,纸张平滑度达到85%.通过研究发现,双键封端光固化聚氨酯可显著提高特种纸张应用性能,未来可替代合成聚合物作为特种纸张施胶剂.  相似文献

使用消石灰与炼锗煤渣混合物作为PRB材料,进行原位处理铀水冶尾矿酸性渗滤水的可行性实验研究.研究显示了PRB材料中和酸性渗滤水的效果很好,单位立方厘米的比例分别为1∶3、1∶4、1∶6的消石灰与炼锗煤渣混合物可以中和pH值为2.94的渗滤水体积分别为2.23 L、1.66 L、1.34 L;并且对U的去除有明显的效果,pH大于6时,穿透水中金属U的浓度都小于0.1 mg/L;pH大于7时,则穿透水中金属U的浓度大部分小于0.05 mg/L;实验过程中混合物的渗透性只有1∶3的降低,其它二种却没有影响.利用消石灰与炼锗煤渣混合物中和铀水冶尾矿酸性渗出水是可行的.  相似文献

From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
