成人继续教育作为高等教育的一部分和高等教育的进一步延伸。构建成人继续教育体系是现阶段我国社会经济发展的迫切需要,是推进我国高等教育内涵式发展的现实需要,是构建终身学习型社会和完善的国民教育体系的要求,同时也是我国高等教育国际化发展的现实需要。我国的成人继续教育体系存在的问题主要表现在:成人继续教育不能满足受教育者的实际要求,与社会经济发展要求相脱节;成人继续教育不受重视;成人继续教育的投入不足等问题。有鉴于此,应从构建终身学习的学习制度、细化市场实际需求、改变旧有的只重视学历教育的教育模式、明确大学后成人继续教育的办学思路以及以高校为主要阵地,充分发挥高校已有资源在大学后成人继续教育中的作用等方面入手,构建我国成人继续教育的发展模型。 相似文献
