在社会主义市场经济务件下，市场竞争异常激烈，建设和培育优秀的企业文化是企业制胜的法宝。企业文化的深层底蕴在企业经营实践中产生，并经过提炼总结而成，随着企业面临的内外环境改变而变化。不同的企业由于经营的范围、经营的性质等内外因素的不同，其企业文化也呈现多样性。人本管理是企业文化之本，企业文化建设的最高境界是企业素质与员工素质共同提高，实现“人企合一”。 相似文献

建立现代企业制度，是国有企业改革的目标和方向。然而，对现代企业制度理解上的误区，导致了企业改革实际操作的偏差。建丘现代企业制度是否需要强化企业管理？在社会主义市场经济条件下，企业如何以市场为导向，以产品为龙头，强化和改善企业管理？本文认为，“管理科学”是现代企业制度的主要内容和基本特征之一。没有“管理科学”，就失去了建立现代企业制度的基础和前提条件；同样，没有以建立现代企业制度为目标的企业改革的不断深化，“管理科学”也失去了动力和根本保证。在市场经济条件下，改进、改善和强化企业管理，是企业一切工作的基础，也是建立现代企业制度的客观要求。为了实现科学管理，企业必须处理好一些重要关系，解决好若干突出问题，唯其如此，才能使国有企业改革最终取得成功。 相似文献
