师德养成是“外塑”和“内生”相结合的产物,师德养成既离不开教育政策规制和社会力量整体监督,还需要研究范式逻辑转向和教师群体道德自觉,如此才有利于破解现实中师德修养的复杂问题,进而更好地为实现教育现代化、建设教育强国、培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人培育大国良师。实践中,师德修养面临着主体残缺、边界泛化和价值错位的实践样态,师德修养正呈现出由“融合场域”迈向“专业场域”、由“外驱逻辑”转向“内驱逻辑”、由“传统师德”走向“现代师德”的复杂特征,经历着场域重构、动力转换和价值变迁的逻辑转向。师德修养应突破现实困境和适应逻辑转向思维,明确师德修养目标、优化师德修养场域、转换师德修养思维,重构师德修养主体、强化专业师德培育、塑造教师美好形象,对师德修养进行全新阐释和重构,完成对师德修养主体性的逻辑转换,促进新时代教师以德立身、以德立学、以德施教、以德育德。  相似文献

教师是教育的根本,师德是教师的灵魂,加强师德师风建设是教师队伍建设的首要任务.建构以政策工具类型为横向维度、以师德建设内容要素为纵向维度的二维分析框架,分析我国《教师法》颁布以来涉及师德建设的政策文本.研究发现,我国师德建设政策存在权威型和象征劝诫型政策工具运用居多、激励型和能力建设型政策工具相对缺乏的问题.未来在师德建设政策的制定和执行中,政策工具供给应兼顾师德建设的多维目标,系统优化政策工具与师德建设的匹配度,积极关注师德养成的环境工具.  相似文献

This study aims to examine how pre-service teachers learn to teach in Australia context during their practicum and how this learning experience constructs their identities as teachers through activity theory framework. Data were drawn from interviews with two pre-service teachers, interviews with their supervising teachers and university mentors, lesson plans, and supervising teacher’s feedback. The findings indicate that the two pre-service teachers’ identity formation is a continuing process and an outcome of the collective activity through their interaction with their coordinating teachers, mentors and students. We argue that teachers’ identity formation is related to their agency to seek and offer support to others. The pre-service teachers could produce and reproduce their identity in the relevant community through their agentive action to interact with others.  相似文献

This study examined the complexities of the collaborative relationship between student teachers and cooperating teachers in secondary mathematics from the perspectives of the student teachers. Four cohorts of student teachers (N = 170) in secondary mathematics were surveyed using a questionnaire that measured their perceptions of two dimensions of their student teaching experience: collaboration with their cooperating teachers and the classroom practices of their cooperating teachers. Although analysis of the responses revealed that student teachers were generally satisfied with the amount and quality of the collaboration, two important results were revealed. First, about half of the respondents reported spending less than an hour collaborating weekly with their cooperating teacher in various contexts. Second, certain classroom practices of the cooperating teachers were found to be significantly associated with whether they spent more or less than an hour collaborating with their student teachers, and were significantly correlated in most cases. This explicit linkage suggests that the classroom practices of cooperating teachers may extend to the mentoring approach they take when working with student teachers. Suggestions for teacher education programs and cooperating teacher support are shared.  相似文献

对边疆民族地区414名乡村教师和159名城镇教师的物质生活状态以及社会支持状况进行了比较研究,结果表明乡村教师与城镇教师的物质生活状态存在非常显著的差异,乡村教师对住房、生活环境及社区服务的满意度明显低于城镇教师。在社会支持方面,乡村教师的主观支持感受明显差于城镇教师,乡村教师可以通过改善主观支持感,提高心理健康水平。  相似文献

Inquiry-based science instruction (IBSI) has the potential to contribute to social justice through widening participation and success in science. However, teachers struggle to implement IBSI because of contextual factors. The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of agency as a framework for understanding teachers’ decision-making, by asking the question: what was the agency of six science teachers in their social-justice aspirations and use of IBSI? An agency framework recognizes that teachers’ decisions are informed by their internal conversations at the intersection of personal aspects (their history, repertoire, and aspirations) with the cultural and structural constraints and resources of their contexts. However, research on IBSI has focussed on teachers’ personal aspects or their perceptions of contextual factors. The sample had learnt IBSI through service learning in the context of a science fair. From teacher interviews, it emerged that these teachers had strong social-justice aspirations to serve disadvantaged students. The teachers linked their social-justice aspirations to their choice of school rather than their use of IBSI. The teachers at better-resourced schools initiated participation in science fairs at their schools, whilst the rest judged that science fairs were not appropriate for their students. The results suggest that, rather than prescribing particular pedagogies, teacher education programmes should aim to increase teachers’ pedagogical repertoires, in order to enrich their agency in whatever contexts they teach.

This study focuses on the question of why student teachers stay in teaching even after a profound ‘practice shock,’ i.e., a shock that in itself seems to characterize the complex and emotionally challenging first year of student teaching. Using a line drawing technique, the study investigates student teachers’ views of their first year of teaching by examining how they picture their development, their key experiences during that development, and the ways in which they coped with these experiences. The results suggest that most student teachers perceive their own development not as a steadily ascending line as is often suggested by research on the development of teachers’ professional identity. Instead, we now surmise that most student teachers view their development as a path with highs and lows that include transformative moments or periods. This relates to the idea of transformative learning and to theories on identity development that suggest people need a crisis for identity development to occur. During such a crisis, we saw that student teachers explicitly reconsidered their connections to teaching and that this reconsideration led to a regained motivation for teaching. It appeared that supervisors or mentor teachers played a significant role in first‐year (student) teachers’ regaining motivation for teaching.  相似文献

The study examined Israeli teachers’ knowledge and perceptions of student’s rights, and their reports on their actions in rights-related cases. Semi-structured interviews with teachers revealed that although teachers encounter frequent legal questions, most of them were only minimally knowledgeable, expressed reluctance to seek out information, and perceived themselves as lacking the capacity to do so. Moreover, due to legal myths that purportedly limit teachers’ autonomy, teachers reported feeling helpless and acknowledged violating rules that in actuality do not exist. The conclusions discuss the interface of legal literacy, Israeli teachers’ low social status, and their perceptions of teachers’ professionalism.  相似文献

Teacher education has struggled to better prepare beginning teachers for an increasingly diverse student population. This research examines the role that cooperating teachers play in developing multicultural/equity pedagogy knowledge and skills among student teachers. Five cooperating teachers working in California, USA, each of whom had extensive and successful experiences teaching multicultural/equity pedagogy curricula, were asked to describe how they encourage their student teachers to engage in the materials and strategies they promote. Generally, the cooperating teachers reported that their most successful student teachers were those who came to understand the difference between expecting high-quality work from their students and sympathizing and identifying with their students’ plight as low-income Latino children. More specifically, they noted that student teachers had difficulty leading instructional conversations in small groups of students.  相似文献

Many students enter pre-service education programmes believing that their practical learning experiences will occur in schools and that their theoretical learning experiences will occur in the university or college setting. Research shows that frequently student teachers retain this perception throughout their programmes without acknowledging the interplay of theory and practice in their learning. Through the use of communication technologies, student teachers participating in the Bachelor of Teaching degree at the University of Otago are encouraged to make connections between the activities in their university-based classes and those of classrooms in primary schools. Frequent dialogue through fax, audio-conference and e-mail between student teachers based in the university and children and their teachers in classrooms enables them to access the thinking of children and teachers, and provides additional opportunities to theorise their practice and practise their theory. Student teachers are provided with a range of opportunities to explore the potential of information technologies in education while interacting with children and teachers beyond the traditional practicum experience. The use of technology to connect student teachers to learners in classrooms challenges the conventional teacher education curriculum.  相似文献

当幼师发现同侪在工作上遇到困难时,多会向他们提供帮助,例如教学方法和其他信息的分享。但提供帮助时若被同侪拒绝,幼师会有何反应呢?我们基于一项有关助人被拒的理论为蓝本,透过问卷探讨229位幼师当向同侪提出帮助时被拒的感受和反应。我们预测幼师连番被拒将引致自尊受损,而自尊心较高的幼师,其自尊心受损的程度比自尊心较低的幼师更强烈。本研究亦探讨自尊心高或低的幼师采用什么方法面对被拒的窘境。结果显示幼师的反应大致符合我们的预测。  相似文献

立足于教师文化,从生态取向的角度研究教师成长,采用访谈法和问卷法,随机选取387名中学教师,考察教师文化对教师成长的影响。结果表明:(1)新手型教师能感受到学校领导的关心和支持;对学校的经济条件较满意;有良好的新老教师互动。(2)熟手型教师需要领导对其专业发展给予更多的支持和帮助;考虑到学校经济条件对其成长的支持不足;有了自己比较稳定的人际圈子,同事之间的互动不够。(3)专家型教师得到领导的高度关注和大力支持;对学校的物质支持感到满意;学校的人际关系融洽,与同事实现了积极的互动。(4)总体上看,熟手型教师的教师文化水平低于新手和专家型教师。  相似文献
