In this paper, techniques from the research field of knowledge management are used to improve the maturity of the Computer Based Training (CBT) development process at an IT-oriented organization involved in producing courseware. The project team is facilitated with a knowledge-sharing solution that enables them to unambiguously define their project process, and link templates and best practices to the activities in that process. In addition, a virtual discussion room is provided for them to share new insights. Results from measurement experiments indicate more positive project experiences with projects that used the knowledge-sharing solution. 相似文献

The discipline of project management has been available for almost 40 years. This paper examines several factors that make the management of software development projects more difficult than the management of many other kinds of projects. These factors negatively impact the software project managers' success in estimation and scheduling, planning, responding to schedule and budget pressures, monitoring project status and managing the integration, and testing phases of the project. Techniques for addressing each of these difficulties are described, and topics that need to be incorporated into software project management courses to address these issues are outlined. 相似文献

Senior design courses are a core part of curricula across engineering and technology disciplines. Such courses offer Construction Management (CMG) students the opportunity to bring together, assimilate and apply the knowledge they have acquired over their entire undergraduate academic programme to an applied technical project. Senior or Capstone design course engages students in a real-world project, enhance leadership development, and prepare to manage and lead project teams. The CMG programme's multidisciplinary approach at Alabama A&M University, combines essential components of construction techniques with concepts of business management to develop technically qualified individuals for responsible management roles in the design, construction and operation of major construction projects. This paper analyses the performance of the students and improvement due to the interaction with the faculty advisors and industrial panel during the two semester Capstone project. 外资项目审计的一个重要发展趋势是对项目投资效益进行评价，项目效益往往是项目管理的缩影，效益等于管理，管理出效益，效益审计是外资审计的长远发展方向。随着对外资项目公正性审计从国家审计分离出去，外资项目审计应当侧重在管理和效益方面。效益评价目前还是侧重于项目后评价，因为这符合项目运作发展规律。项目评审方法很多，但主要应侧重在微观评审基础上的宏观效益方面，并根据不同的项目实际和特点进行评价，做到有的放矢。同时评审应当有科学的评价指标，使评审建立在科学的基础上，做到客观评价，科学预测。 相似文献
