An image fusion method combining complex contourlet transform(CCT) with nonnegative matrix factorization(NMF) is proposed in this paper.After two images are decomposed by CCT,NMF is applied to their highand low-frequency components,respectively,and finally an image is synthesized.Subjective-visual-quality of the image fusion result is compared with those of the image fusion methods based on NMF and the combination of wavelet /contourlet /nonsubsampled contourlet with NMF.The experimental results are evaluated quantitatively,and the running time is also contrasted.It is shown that the proposed image fusion method can gain larger information entropy,standard deviation and mean gradient,which means that it can better integrate featured information from all source images,avoid background noise and promote space clearness in the fusion image effectively.  相似文献

针对传统图像融合方法在多聚焦图像融合中存在细节丢失、边缘模糊和焦点不清楚等问题,提出一种基于双树-复小波变换(DT-CWT)优化显著性测度和自适应脉冲耦合神经网络(PCNN)模型的多聚焦图像融合方法。首先,将两张聚焦区域不同的输入图像使用双树-复小波分解成低频子带和高频子带;然后,对低频子带采用基于显著性测度的度量方法计算小波融合系数,对于高频子带,采用自适应PCNN模型计算触发时间来选取高频融合子带;最后,通过双树-复小波逆变换重构得到融合结果。与其他融合方法进行对比,结果表明,基于文章所提方法的融合图像更加自然清晰,具有较高的边缘保持度,同时保留了更多的细节信息,因此,此方法可以大大提高图像质量。  相似文献

An objective performance measure for image fusion considering region information is proposed. The measure not only reflects how much the pixel level information that fused image takes from the source image, but also considers the region information between source images and fused image. 功能核磁共振和弥散张量这2种成像方式能够反应人类大脑不同方面的信息,采用小波变换的方法来对这2种医学图像进行融合可以有效改善抑郁症的识别准确率.首先,利用多尺度小波分解方法把每种类型的图像都转换到频域,以得到各频率的成分参数.其次,对于每个被试,将2种图像的分解参数根据频率各自相加,并且通过小波逆变换重建出融合图像.然后,使用主成分分析方法对融合的数据进行降维并得到图像特征.基于融合后图像的特征,采用留一检验方法最终得到了80.95%的抑郁症识别率.可以看出,该小波融合方法能够对当前抑郁症的诊断识别进行有效的改进.  相似文献

目前,尚未有对边缘缺失畸变图像进行校正的有效方法。四边缘确定的畸变图像通过透视变换矫正,先确定边缘缺失图像的 4 个顶点,再通过透视变换实施校正。对边缘缺失的多边缘线图像,使用 Hough 变换的边缘检测及桥接膨胀,使主要边缘线延伸相交成 4 个点的封闭图形以确定四顶点。此外,拍摄图片有时背景复杂,对有效信息所在的四边形区域辨认带来一定困难。因此,在整幅图像中先获取所有连通区域,建立所有连通区域最小外接矩形,计算各外接矩形整幅占比,模糊比较后确定图像所在目标区域。在得出目标区域 4 个顶点后,采用透视变换进行畸变校正,再进行有效信息提取识别。在 Matlab 实验中,识别矫正成功率达 93%,说明该方法准确率较高,适用于多边缘缺失图像矫正。  相似文献

为了提高多幅多聚焦图像的融合质量,提出一种基于迭代型形态成分分析的特征加权融合算法。该方法利用形态成分分析正交性和稀疏性的特点,改进形成能够有效对源图像进行多尺度分解的迭代型形态成分分析方法;然后采用移动窗口计算方法对分解后的多尺度子图提取四维特征向量,用以反映子图的亮度、纹理规则性、光滑程度和随机性。此外,提出以四维特征向量的特征值作为权值,设计适用于两幅及以上多幅源图情况下的以特征权重作为判别依据的融合规则,并运用这一规则对复合子图进行逐层融合,最终通过多尺度逆变换得到融合图像。实验结果证明,与已有多尺度融合算法相比,新方法融合得到的图像具有更好的主观感受和更高的客观评价指标值。  相似文献

Images with human faces comprise an essential part in the imaging realm. Occlusion or damage in facial portions will bring a remarkable discomfort and information loss. We propose an algorithm that can repair occluded or damaged facial images automatically, named ‘facial image inpainting'. Inpainting is a set of image processing methods to recover missing image portions. We extend the image inpainting methods by introducing facial domain knowledge. With the support of a face database, our approach propagates structural information, i.e., feature points and edge maps, from similar faces to the missing facial regions. Using the interred structural information as guidance, an exemplar-based image inpainting algorithm is employed to copy patches in the same face from the source portion to the missing portion. This newly proposed concept of facial image inpainting outperforms the traditional inpainting methods by propagating the facial shapes from a face database, and avoids the problem of variations in imaging conditions from different images by inferring colors and textures from the same face image. Our system produces seamless faces that are hardly seen drawbacks.  相似文献

多聚焦图像融合就是综合和处理多个源图像的信息,来获取对同一场景或物体的更为准确、更为全面、更为可靠的图像描述.对于可见光成像系统而言,特别是含有长焦距的光学镜头,对景深有一定的限制.因此,将场景中的所有物体都成像清晰是很难的,这个问题采用多聚焦图像融合技术可以很好解决.通过提出一种基于差异演化的多聚焦图像融合算法,首先将源图像进行分块,然后用清晰度评价函数比较对应图像块的清晰度,选择清晰度高的作为清晰图像块,最终重构融合图像.该方法的积极意义在于,优化后的图像块比没被优化的使用效果更佳.实验结果表明,从定量和视觉两方面评价,都明显优于遗传算法和其他传统的图像融合方法.  相似文献

The diagnostic potential of brain positron emission tomography (PET) imaging is limited by low spatial resolution. For solving this problem we propose a technique for the fusion of PET and MRI images. This fusion is a trade-off between the spectral information extracted from PET images and the spatial information extracted from high spatial resolution MRI. The proposed method can control this trade-off. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to build a multiscale fusion model, based on the retinal cell photoreceptors model. This paper introduces general prospects of this model, and its application in multispectral medical image fusion. Results showed that the proposed method preserves more spectral features with less spatial distortion. Comparing with hue-intensity-saturation (HIS), discrete wavelet transform (DWT), wavelet-based sharpening and wavelet-à trous transform methods, the best spectral and spatial quality is only achieved simultaneously with the proposed feature-based data fusion method. This method does not require resampling images, which is an advantage over the other methods, and can perform in any aspect ratio between the pixels of MRI and PET images.  相似文献

本文针对异源图像融合中存在的图像配准难题,以红外与可见光为研究对象,研究提出一种共轴的电视红外双光成像系统.此系统首先利用可见光和长波红外探测技术,摄取景物不同波段的辐射或反射光能,采用透射+二次反射成像的光学原理,辅以精密光学装校实现双波段对同一场景成像,来满足图像视场的匹配,然后设计基于GenICam和Directshow通用采集架构的图像采集系统,并采用VC++6.0编程实现了不同图像采集设备的通用控制.实验结果表明,利用此成像系统可获取“配准的”可见光和红外图像,有效解决了红外与可见光图像融合中的图像配准难题.  相似文献

为了有效地定位交通监控图像中的车辆区域,提出了一种基于车辆轮廓对称和车牌定位信息融合的车辆检测方法. 该方法首先检测图像中的车辆轮廓竖直对称轴,然后以车辆轮廓对称轴位置为基准检测车牌水平和竖直对称轴,最后根据车牌横纵对称轴和车辆轮廓图像的水平、竖直投影进行车辆区域定位. 以450 张 15 类车型的图片为测试集进行了基于对称特征融合的车辆区域检测,并与基于车辆边缘、车牌、车辆纹理特征和车辆图像 Gabor 特征的 4 种方法进行了对比,实验结果表明基于车辆轮廓对称与车牌对称特征融合的车辆区域检测方法最优,其检测率和检测时间分别为 90. 7%和 125 ms.  相似文献

Automatic web image annotation is a practical and effective way for both web image retrieval and image understanding. However, current annotation techniques make no further investigation of the statement-level syntactic correlation among the annotated words, therefore making it very difficult to render natural language interpretation for images such as "pandas eat bamboo". In this paper, we propose an approach to interpret image semantics through mining the visible and textual information hidden in images. This approach mainly consists of two parts: first the annotated words of target images are ranked according to two factors, namely the visual correlation and the pairwise co-occurrence; then the statement-level syntactic correlation among annotated words is explored and natural language interpretation for the target image is obtained. Experiments conducted on real-world web images show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

为了满足近年来在服装电子商务高速发展背景下急剧增长的服装图像分类与定位需求,实现对服装图像的目标检测,提出基于Faster R-CNN的服装目标检测改进方法。借助残差神经网络的特征提取能力进行服装图像特征提取,采用RPN网络进行服装候选区域生成,经过RoI兴趣区域池化后接入分类层与回归层,调整网络结构,融合服装图像的HOG底层特征,从而针对性地实现对服装图像的目标检测。实验结果表明,该方法构建模型的平均准确率为0.902,运行速度为8.9帧/秒,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

分析地理信息系统(GIS)、北斗卫星导航、GPS、位置信息服务、移动互联网传输等技术在交通物流中的应用,提出基于移动互联网与GIS的预警图像传输优化方法。物流运输监测预警图像适配视频传感器在动态检测图像上结合Exif信息匹配地理信息坐标位置网点,采用哈夫曼编码进行图像压缩、运动检测算法处理图像冗余,并采用纹理合成的匹配块图像修复失真等方法还原图像数据,最终实现不同空间地理位置的地图查询、路径搜索、位置检索、地图匹配等交通物流过程动态控制,并通过Matlab仿真实验证明了传输优化的可行性。  相似文献

多聚焦图像融合的关键问题是如何更好地保持源图像的轮廓信息和细节信息。形态小波具有小波变换的多层次分解特性和形态学的非线性特性。提出了一种基于形态小波变换的多聚焦图像融合算法。根据形态小波分解信号的特点,分别对高频系数和低频系数设计不同的融合规则:高频系数采用方向相关方法,最大程度保留细节和细节信息的方向特性;低频系数采用加权平均方法,该方法轮廓明显,最大程度地保留了轮廓信息。实验结果表明:该方法融合图像效果优于传统图像融合方法。  相似文献

给出了一种在非降采样轮廓波变换域上融合可见光与红外图像的算法。分析了融合机理,确定了融合策略,对实测可见光和远红外图像进行了融合,试验结果表明本文算法优于现有流行算法,在生产实践中有应用价值。  相似文献
