1．学习型图书馆组织的由来及其特点高校学习型图书馆来源于学习型组织,是学习型组织理论在高校图书馆中的应用。而图书馆界最早引入学习组织理论的是美国的亚利桑那大学图书馆。1993年该馆在组织重建过程中,大胆引进学习型组织理论,进行了卓有成效的实验,并一直致力于推动学习型图书馆的建立。上海图书馆也进行了积极的尝试。国外图书馆同行的成功范例,公共图书馆的大胆实践,为高校建立学习型图书馆提供了有益借鉴。所谓学习型图书馆组织,应该是具有良好组织学习功能的组织。西方学者Marquardt指出:“学习型组织是能够有力地进行集体学习,具有不断改善自身收集、管理与运用知 相似文献
