开发高校青年教师职业认同量表,并对江西省的292名高校青年教师进行职业认同和生命意义的问卷调查。结果发现,所开发的高校青年教师职业认同量表包括职业意愿与期望、职业价值、职业效能和职业意志四个维度,其各项心理测量学指标均较好;目前高校青年教师职业认同处于中等以上水平,但内部四个维度存在发展不平衡的显著差异;高校青年教师职业认同与拥有意义呈显著正相关,但与寻求意义相关不显著;在控制性别、年龄和寻求意义的基础上,职业效能和职业价值两维度仍能显著预测高校教师的拥有意义状况。基于研究结果,对高校青年教师的培训与管理提出了相关对策。 相似文献
