曙一区超稠油为疏松砂岩油藏,在蒸汽吞吐开发过程中,出砂成为制约其高效开发的主要矛盾。通过对出砂机理进行分析,对适合超稠油油藏的各种防砂方法进行分析研究,在前期采用防砂射孔,生产过程中采用耐砂泵,对出砂井采用TBS防砂筛管、人工井壁防砂等机械和化学方式防砂,可以有效的解决油井出砂对生产的影响,提高油藏开井率,改善开发效果。  相似文献

砂岩油藏由于胶结强度不高,地层极易出砂,严重制约着油田的开发生产,必须进行防砂才能正常开发。埕北251C-5井高速水充填防砂工艺是将循环充填工具、防砂筛管等组合的防砂管柱下入井内,使防砂筛管对准油层,选用Carbo陶粒砂,采用高速水充填方式将粒径为0.425~0.85mm的砾石携入出砂地层,将近井地带、炮眼、环空填实,以此达到防砂的目的。  相似文献

油井出砂是油田开发急需解决的难题之一.出砂的危害主要表现在三个方面:(1)砂埋产层造成油井减产或停产;(2)高速的砂粒造成地面及井下设备加剧磨蚀;(3)出砂导致地层亏空并坍塌造成套管损坏使油井报废等.目前,油田常用的油井防砂方法一般分为三类:(1)机械防砂;(2)化学防砂;(3)砂拱防砂.通过对疑难出砂井的配套工艺研究与分析,有针对性地采取配套技术措施,挖掘疑难出砂井生产潜力,延长检泵周期,起到明显效果.  相似文献

随着常规原油(稀油)的大量开采及开采难度的增加,新的稠油储量不断投入开发。我国近海有大量埋藏较浅的疏松砂岩稠油油藏,对于这类油藏的开发,往往伴随着大量的出砂,而适度出砂作为高效的携砂开采方式在这类油田的开发中占有重要的地位。本文从适度出砂的基本概念出发,介绍了适度出砂的国内外应用案例,详细分析了适度出砂的增产机理、适度出砂油藏筛选标准,对比分析了出砂开采在陆上和海上油田运用的区别,并重点阐述了适度出砂确定出砂量的影响因素和计算实例。  相似文献

在考虑了地层砂粒度中值、均质系数、泥质含量以及蒙脱石含量4个参数的基础上,开展室内防砂试验,并结合现场统计数据,建立了适合于我国海上油田的防砂方式设计图版。针对不同类型的防砂筛管及不同尺寸的砾石开展防砂参数室内试验,得出结论:在产出液含砂量不超过0.5‰时,优质筛管挡砂精度可放大到地层砂d50的1.28倍左右,砾石尺寸的设计可适当放大到d50的6~7倍左右,相比于常规防砂方式,油井产能可提高30%左右。本防砂设计方法已在海上多个油田开发方案设计中得到应用。  相似文献

我们分析了永八块出砂的主要原因及出砂规律,并通过室内岩心实验研究了出砂机理。目的为了合理科学地开发永八块,保证油井正常生产,最大限度地开发其储量,发挥油井产能,进一步提高采收率,确定合理的开采方案。对永八块进行了出砂预测,预测结果发现,永八块在开发初期都有不同程度的出砂,需采取防砂措施。结论对滚动开发的新区利用测井曲线及数值计算出砂预测方法进行了出砂预测是可行的。  相似文献

We examine the labor market for the highly trained in nanotechnology and the response of universities toward providing training. We draw comparisons with the labor market and university response in bioinformatics. The demand analysis is based on position announcements in Science in 2002 compared to 2005. We also analyze online position announcements in late 2005 and early 2006. Our analysis leads us to conclude that at the present time the market is small and growing for positions in academe and at FFRDCs, small and stable for positions at firms. Our analysis of training leads to the conclusion that the pipeline is being filled primarily through a principal investigator approach, where a student is attached to one faculty member's lab, rather than to a formal program. The fundamental difference between nanotechnology and bioinformatics in this respect may be due to differences in the opportunities available to universities and faculty.  相似文献

Despite the vast literature on knowledge management, little research has addressed the specificities of knowledge integration at the cluster level. Moreover, the literature on clusters has not focused on the role that governance may play in knowledge management. Anchored in a knowledge-based perspective, this paper aims at bridging the two fields, filling the gap by analysing the role of cluster governance in knowledge management. An empirical study of two small French firm clusters was carried out based on 29 interviews. The data analysis consisted essentially in content analysis. The clusters studied were characterized by distinct knowledge management processes. In both cases, governance was necessary in order to support knowledge integration by member firms. Our results suggest that establishing an initial common knowledge base seems to be a prerequisite in order for the external knowledge identification and acquisition processes to take place. The activist role played by governance also seems more efficient than that of a broker. We discuss these results and their implications for policy-makers and cluster members.  相似文献

We conduct a numerical investigation and analytical analysis of the effect of slippage on the thermocapillary migration of a small liquid droplet on a horizontal solid surface. The finite element method is employed to solve the Navier-Stokes equations coupled with the energy equation. The effect of the slip behavior on the droplet migration is determined by using the Navier slip condition at the solid-liquid boundary. The results indicate that the dynamic contact angles and the contact angle hysteresis of the droplet are strictly correlated to the slip coefficient. The enhancement of the slip length leads to an increase in the droplet migration velocity due to the enhancement of the net momentum of thermocapillary convection vortices inside the droplet. A larger contact angle leads to an increase in the migration velocity which in turn enlarges the rate of the droplet migration velocity to the slip length. There is good agreement between the analytical and the numerical results when the dynamic contact angle utilizes in the analytical approach obtained from the results of the numerical computation, and the static contact angle is smaller than 50°.  相似文献
