跨栏跑是技术性很强、且对运动员身体素质要求很高的运动项目.发展跨栏跑运动员的身体素质,是提高跨栏跑运动成绩的重要保证,要将速度、力量、柔韧、灵巧、耐力诸因素协调发展并融为一体,才能使跑与跨栏技术趋于完善.所以,应根据不同的训练阶段和不同的训练时期的训练任务,合理的发展各项身体素质,为提高跨栏跑运动成绩水平奠定良好的素质基础.本课题通过文献资料法、以及结合本人多年100米栏专业训练的经验和本人对女子100米栏技术特点的体会,并对南海体校4名13-16岁的女子运动员进行对比分析进行一系列基本训练的情况,突出青少年女子100米栏基础训练的重要性. 相似文献
