文章基于优慕课SPOC平台,根据以教师为主导,学生为主体的教学理念,以线上、线下教学环节深度融合为目标,对北京某高校雅思英语写作课程混合式教学模式进行了建构与实证研究。通过课堂观察、问卷调查及SPSS数据统计验证,基于SPOC的雅思英语写作混合式教学模式能够有效提升教学效果。该实证研究也为同类课程开展混合式教学提供了参考。  相似文献

大学生综合素质测评作为一种学生评价制度,已经成为大学生评奖评优及毕业就业的重要依据和参照。本研究依据筛选理论,使用调查数据实证分析了体育院校学生综合素质测评与学习成绩的相关性。实证结果表明,在控制了其他因素后,学生学习成绩、所学专业及所在院系对学生综合素质测评成绩有显著性影响。据此,本研究提出了建立符合体育院校特点的测评体系、完善测评方法及加强学生学风建设的建议。  相似文献

Although it is widely assumed that sense of humor is closely related to intelligence and creativity, the empirical studies of these relationships, which are reviewed in this article, have yielded conflicting findings. On the basis of the present review and a consideration of other relevant literature, it is suggested that the nature of such relationships might be affected by how the variables are operationalized, several characteristics of the experimental participants, as well as various aspects of the broader experimental context As the extant studies have investigated only a restricted number of the empirical issues to do with those characteristics, it is evident that a considerable amount of research remains to be conducted The more informative characterization provided by such research would clearly provide the basis for more accurate analyses of the nature of intelligence and creativity.  相似文献

The process of giving official acknowledgment to formal, informal and non‐formal prior learning is commonly labelled as assessment, accreditation or recognition of prior learning (APL), representing a practice that is expanding in higher education in many countries. This paper focuses specifically on the assessment part of APL, which undoubtedly is central to the whole process, through a review of research in this area and an analysis of the reviewed studies from a validity perspective. The research reviewed (published 1990–2007) is categorised into empirical as well as more theoretically oriented publications, with a quantitative dominance of the latter. According to the validity analysis, a majority of the studies conducted in this area relate to the evidential basis of test interpretation and use, primarily providing theoretical rationales and theories for a variety of practices. The consequential basis of test interpretation and use has not been studied to any larger extent, resulting in a lack of both theoretical and empirical studies dealing with this aspect of validity.  相似文献

This paper will use a review methodology to explore the theoretical and empirical basis for understanding differences in the management of change among principals operating in two different cultural contexts: Thailand and the United States. The paper will first present a summary of the knowledge base underlying change management in North American schools. In the second part of the paper we explore the theoretical and empirical basis for understanding how principals manage change in Thai schools. The significance of the paper lies in two areas. First, we seek to contribute to the nascent literature on the cross-cultural dimensions of educational leadership. The study refers to the unfavourable reputation and status of general didactics as well as its decreasing importance in teacher education. This is a result of poor performance achieved in international tests by students. They score low on knowledge and arguments, and empirical studies indicate that didactic models are useless. In view of the above problem, the aim of this article is to examine the validity of the argument that didactic models are useless. It is necessary to examine if general didactics are being in an unfavourable position along with its possible successors in the international context. In order to achieve that, we conducted an empirical study into the usability of didactic models for lesson planning in Croatia and compared it with the results obtained in previous research in Germany. The term usability means the advantages of theory in practice. On the basis of the results of the empirical study, we concluded that didactic models are not generally unusable. Additionally, they are different according to their usability. These results open a path for further research on this topic in the international context.  相似文献

Social justice leadership has become a popular topic and catchphrase in the field of educational leadership. However, most scholarly and empirical contributions have ignored the inherent tensions, challenges and dilemmas associated with the practice of school leadership and the realities principals confront on a daily basis. This is partly because researchers have tended to ignore multiple facets of justice in their empirical investigations as well as how larger forces outside the school associated with historical, political, social and economic injustices marginalize students and communities. This article explores three cases of challenging school–community contexts that confound and partially subdue the efforts of well-intentioned principals. Each case highlights a dedicated principal committed to their school and community, and documents the significant progress made in addressing particular social justice issues, but also how they confronted justice dilemmas that they believed required them to prioritize certain social justice issues over others. These findings have important implications for how principals view their communities and engage in critical reflection about the leadership decisions and actions they take on a daily basis. This article concludes with implications for future research and a discussion of how aspiring principals can be better prepared to lead for social justice and effectively address justice dilemmas without ignoring or putting off other injustices.  相似文献
