A cotton germplasm collection with data for 20 quantitative traits was used to investigate the effect of the scale of quantitative trait data on the representativeness of plant sub-core collections.The relationship between the representativeness of a sub-core collection and two influencing factors,the number of traits and the sampling percentage,was studied.A mixed linear model approach was used to eliminate environmental errors and predict genotypic values of accessions.Sub-core collections were constructed using a least distance stepwise sampling(LDSS) method combining standardized Euclidean distance and an unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means(UPGMA) cluster method.The mean difference percentage(MD),variance difference percentage(VD),coincidence rate of range(CR),and variable rate of coefficient of variation(VR) served as evaluation parameters.Monte Carlo simulation was conducted to study the relationship among the number of traits,the sampling percentage,and the four evaluation parameters.The results showed that the representativeness of a sub-core collection was affected greatly by the number of traits and the sampling percentage,and that these two influencing factors were closely connected.Increasing the number of traits improved the representativeness of a sub-core collection when the data of genotypic values were used.The change in the genetic diversity of sub-core collections with different sampling percentages showed a linear tendency when the number of traits was small,and a logarithmic tendency when the number of traits was large.However,the change in the genetic diversity of sub-core collections with different numbers of traits always showed a strong logarithmic tendency when the sampling percentage was changing.A CR threshold method based on Monte Carlo simulation is proposed to determine the rational number of traits for a relevant sampling percentage of a sub-core collection.  相似文献

Based on the predictor corrector, we developed a new improved gradient method named the predictor corrector gradient algorithm (PCGM), which is useful for solving linear equations with symmetric positive definite of coefficient matrix.To improve the speed of convergence of traditional gradient method, we let values of original iterative formula be viewed as forecast values.Meanwhile, they are corrected by a new iterative formula through introducing corresponding step parameter.Therefore, a feasible and efficient algorithm is constructed.Numerical experiments indicate that PCGM method not only improve the accuracy and the speed of convergence, but also greatly reduce the number of steps to converge.The simple algorithm is easy to be realized and operated.  相似文献

To facilitate stability analysis of discrete-time bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks, they were converted into novel neural network models, termed standard neural network models (SNNMs), which interconnect linear dynamic systems and bounded static nonlinear operators. By combining a number of different Lyapunov functionals with S-procedure, some useful criteria of global asymptotic stability and global exponential stability of the equilibrium points of SNNMs were derived. These stability conditions were formulated as linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). So global stability of the discrete-time BAM neural networks could be analyzed by using the stability results of the SNNMs. Compared to the existing stability analysis methods, the proposed approach is easy to implement, less conservative, and is applicable to other recurrent neural networks.  相似文献

Based on convolution-type constitutive equations for linear viscoelastic materials with damage and the hypotheses of Timoshenko beams with large deflections, the nonlinear equations governing dynamical behavior of Timoshenko beams with damage on viscoelastic foundation were firstly derived. By using the Galerkin method in spatial domain, the nonlinear integro-partial differential equations were transformed into a set of integro-ordinary differential equations. The numerical methods in nonlinear dynamical systems, such as the phase-trajectory diagram, Poincare section and bifurcation figure, were used to solve the simplified systems of equations. It could be seen that simplified dynamical systems possess the plenty of nonlinear dynamical properties. The influence of load and material parameters on the dynamic behavior of nonlinear system were investigated in detail.  相似文献

The purpose of the study concerns the measurement of worm’s helical angle by a coordinate measurement machine in the ambient industrial environment. The novel measurement method and sampling strategy were described firstly. This method used the coordinate measurement machine to measure both of the worm gear’s left and right surfaces. The worm surface was reconstructed based on the measured data of all the sampling points. Then a middle cylinder was established to truncate the fitted worm surfaces, and the truncated spiral lines were straightened to calculate the helical angle. The measurement uncertainty of worm’s helical angle was evaluated by taking the difference of calculated helical angles along the truncated spiral lines on both the left and right side surfaces of the worm. Twenty-four measurement experiments show that the maximum measurement error of the proposed method is 0.105, and the measurement error ratios are all less than 3.5?. The result means that the measurement method can realize the precision measurement of worm’s helical angle and can be employed in the generally industrial application.  相似文献

In computer aided geometric design(CAGD) ,it is often needed to produce a convexity-preserving interpolating curve according to the given planar data points. However,most existing pertinent methods cannot generate convexity-preserving in-terpolating transcendental curves;even constructing convexity-preserving interpolating polynomial curves,it is required to solve a system of equations or recur to a complicated iterative process. The method developed in this paper overcomes the above draw-backs. The basic idea is:first to construct a kind of trigonometric polynomial curves with a shape parameter,and interpolating trigonometric polynomial parametric curves with C2(or G1) continuity can be automatically generated without having to solve any system of equations or do any iterative computation. Then,the convexity of the constructed curves can be guaranteed by the appropriate value of the shape parameter. Performing the method is easy and fast,and the curvature distribution of the resulting interpolating curves is always well-proportioned. Several numerical examples are shown to substantiate that our algorithm is not only correct but also usable.  相似文献

An optimization method for time-delayed feedback control of partially observable linear building structures subjected to seismic excitation is proposed. A time-delayed control problem of partially observable linear building structure under horizontal ground acceleration excitation is formulated and converted into that of completely observable linear structure by using separation principle. The time-delayed control forces are approximately expressed in terms of control forces without time delay. The control system is then governed by Itoe stochastic differential equations for the conditional means of system states and then transformed into those for the conditional means of modal energies by using the stochastic averaging method for quasi-Hamiltonian systems. The control law is assumed to be modal velocity feedback control with time delay and the unknown control gains are determined by the modal performance indices. A three-storey building structure is taken as example to illustrate the proposal method and the numerical results are confirmed by using Monte Carlo simulation.  相似文献

We consider the class of parametric curves that can be represented by combination of control points and basis func- tions. A control point is let vary while the rest is held fixed. It’s shown that the locus of the moving control point that yields points of zero torsion is the osculating plane of the corresponding discriminant curve at its point of the same parameter value. 为了解决视频图像在传输过程中产生运动矢量丢失问题,本文提出一种新的后处理差错掩盖算法。我们在DCT域进行边缘检测,把与丢失块相邻的图像块分为边缘块和平滑块,同时把丢失块周围的图像块运动矢量的大小和方向分成九类。结合边缘检测与运动矢量分类,我们提出一种加权运动矢量恢复算法。仿真结果表明对不同视频序列,此算法都能比传统的方法恢复出质量更高的图像。  相似文献

The H.264/AVC video coding standard uses an intra prediction mode with 4×4 and 16×16 blocks for luma and 8×8 blocks for chroma. This standard uses the rate distortion optimization (RDO) method to determine the best coding mode based on the compression performance and video quality. This method offers a large improvement in coding efficiency compared to other compression standards, but the computational complexity is greater due to the various intra prediction modes. This paper proposes a fast intra mode decision algorithm for real-time encoding of H.264/AVC based on the dominant edge direction (DED). The DED is extracted using pixel value summation and subtraction in the horizontal and vertical directions. By using the DED, three modes instead of nine are chosen for RDO calculation to decide on the best mode in the 4×4 luma block. For the 16×16 luma and the 8 × 8 chroma, only two modes are chosen instead of four. Experimental results show that the entire encoding time saving of the proposed algorithm is about 67% compared to the full intra search method with negligible loss of quality.  相似文献

为了消除经典归并算法O(n)的附加空间并保持稳定性,提出一个简便的就地归并算法,它在待归并的第二段头部动态形成缓冲区,存放归并时前段的较大者,并组织成循环队列。对长为m、n的两段,归并时比较次数不超过m+n-1。将算法用于归并排序进行了测试,给出了归并、归并排序两者效率的关系,由排序结果验证了归并的比较次数为最优的O(n),并得出移动次数约为n2/48。  相似文献

Concerning inter4v mode employed widely in MPEG-4 video, a new temporal error concealment scheme for MPEG-4 video sequences is proposed, which can selectively interpolate one or four motion vectors (MVs) for the missing macroblock (MB) according to the estimated MB coding mode. Performance of the proposed scheme is compared with the existing schemes with multiple testing sequences at different bit error rates. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can mask the impairments caused by transmission errors more efficiently than 0 MV and average MV methods by consuming more time for different bit error rates. It has an acceptable image quality close to that obtained by the selective motion vector matching (SMVM) algorithm, while taking less than half of cycles of operations. The proposed concealment scheme is suitable for low complexity video real-time implementations.  相似文献

In this paper,we propose a novel adjustable multiple cross-hexagonal search(AMCHS) algorithm for fast block motion estimation. It employs adjustable multiple cross search patterns(AMCSP) in the first step and then uses half-way-skip and half-way-stop technique to determine whether to employ two hexagonal search patterns(HSPs) subsequently. The AMCSP can be used to find small motion vectors efficiently while the HSPs can be used to find large ones accurately to ensure prediction quality. Simulation results showed that our proposed AMCHS achieves faster search speed,and provides better distortion performance than other popular fast search algorithms,such as CDS and CDHS.  相似文献

提出了一种基于边界灰度投影匹配的全局运动估计和运动目标提取算法.算法将边界灰度水平投影和垂直投影值作为匹配特征,较好地估计了全局运动参数.由于只需计算一维特征向量所以降低了全局运动估计的计算量.经过全局运动补偿后,可以运用传统的帧间差法得到运动目标、为了减少噪声的影响,准确地提取到目标,采用了高阶统计量的方法(HOS)来区分背景和运动目标.试验结果证明所提出的方法在估计全局运动参数和提取运动目标方面有较好的鲁棒性.  相似文献

利用超分辨率重建技术,从含有加性高斯噪声和模糊噪声的正电子发射成像(PET)序列低分辨率图像,重建出一幅优质高分辨率图像。作者提出了一种基于正则化参数(RP)的通道自适应线性斜率超分辨率算法。该算法采用平移运动模型,通过对RP线性斜率的自适应更新,动态优化代价函数,以降低对PET图像高频成分的抑制。为验证新算法的有效性,采用模拟PET序列图像进行实验。实验中,与HUHE算法相比,新算法PSNR平均提高2.65dB。新算法在改善图像空间分辨率上取得良好的效果,同时具有很好的抗噪性能。  相似文献

当期望信号导向矢量失配以及采样协方差矩阵中包含期望信号时,传统自适应波束形成器性能会下降。对此问题,提出了一种基于协方差矩阵重构的稳健波束形成算法。该算法首先通过对期望信号和干扰的大致来波方向范围进行积分以估计出导向矢量,然后利用主模式抑制去除信号间多余的相干性,并重构出最终的协方差矩阵。仿真实验表明,该算法提高了期望信号导向矢量失配时的稳健性,降低了对快拍数的敏感性。  相似文献

This paper proposes a new robust video stabilization algorithm to remove unwanted vibrations in video sequences. A complete theoretical analysis is first established for video stabilization, providing a basis for new stabilization algorithm. Secondly, a new robust global motion estimation (GME) algorithm is proposed. Different from classic methods, the GME algorithm is based on spatlal-temporal filtered motion vectors computed by block-matching methods. In addition, effective schemes are employed in correction phase to prevent boundary artifacts and error accumulation. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm has satisfactory stabilization effects while maintaining good tradeoff between speed and precision.  相似文献
