以往学者和企业家重点关注创新驿站对技术转移的直接影响,却忽视了信息技术的重要作用,最终导致创新技术转移率较低.为弥补这个缺陷,本文在文献回顾基础上,将信息技术融入技术转移研究中,以北京、青岛、南京和上海四个城市科研组织、中介转移组织、创新驿站和企业为调查对象,通过对179份有效调查问卷研究发现,信息技术对创新驿站与技术转移之间有显著的、完全中介效应,即创新驿站对技术转移的影响是在信息技术中介作用下实现的.该结论对创新驿站和技术转移的深入研究具有一定的理论和现实意义.  相似文献

提出了一种新的基于椭圆曲线密码体制的(t,n)动态秘密共享方案。该方案具有以下特点:参与者能自主选择子密钥;在进行一次秘密恢复后,不会泄露关于子密钥的任何信息,子密钥仍可用恢复于下一个共享的秘密;参与者的子密钥可定期更新,且更新工作由每个参与者独立完成。与传统的多秘密共享方案相比,该方案具有更高的安全性和灵活性。  相似文献

We propose a new approach to obtain ultra-high piezoelectric coefficients that can be infinitely large theoretically, where ferroelectrics with strain-sensitive Curie temperature are necessary. We show the first-principles plus Monte Carlo simulation evidence that many hydrogen-bonded ferroelectrics (e.g. organic PhMDA) can be ideal candidates, which are also flexible and lead-free. Owing to the specific features of hydrogen bonding, their proton hopping barrier will drastically increase with prolonged proton transfer distance, while their hydrogen-bonded network can be easily compressed or stretched due to softness of hydrogen bonds. Their barriers as well as the Curie temperature can be approximately doubled upon a tensile strain as low as 2%. Their Curie temperature can be tuned exactly to room temperature by fixing a strain in one direction, and in another direction, an unprecedented ultra-high piezoelectric coefficient of 2058 pC/N can be obtained. This value is even underestimated and can be greatly enhanced when applying a smaller strain. Aside from sensors, they can also be utilized for converting either mechanical or thermal energies into electrical energies due to high pyroelectric coefficients.  相似文献

A method of approximating attenuation functions by straight line segments whose slope and range can be chosen independently within certain bounds is described. Realization of the approximant is straightforward, and results in a simple, easily adjustable network. The maximum approximation error is calculated and can be made as small as desired. 从科学文献年度数量增长的动态分布,来研究一个学科的发展情况,可以大致了解这个学科发展的特点和规律。通过对近二十年图书馆学产出期刊论文的统计,结合文献数量增长的机理分析,采用数学与统计的方法,对文献增长的动态分布进行测度,探索科学文献增长受客观因素影响的关系。总结得出我国图书馆学研究近二十年的发展规律,确定了文献增长的动态分布范围,文献量约3~5年翻一番。  相似文献

To reduce the phase lag introduced by extended state observer (ESO), an reduced-order active disturbance rejection control (RADRC) method is recommended. This paper investigates the structure and parameter tuning of RADRC. Firstly, it is shown that RADRC can serve as a general-purpose fixed-structure controller because any proper controller with integrator can be realized via an RADRC. Then the relationship between the parameters of an RADRC and those of a full-order linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) is analyzed. It is shown that an RADRC with the proper controller and observer gains can obtain similar disturbance-rejection performance as a full-order LADRC. Simulation results demonstrate that any plant that can be controlled by LADRC can also be controlled by an RADRC with a similar disturbance-rejection performance.  相似文献

公众操作易用性的直接定量测度是电子政务流程研究的一大难题,信息距离理论可以对一个事物信息状态转移所遇障碍进行测度,通过对网站流程信息距离的计算,可以评价网站服务的易用度,而数据包络把信息距离计算问题转化为网站易用度的投入-产出的问题,可以对电子政务网站流程的信息距离进行有效性证明.本文设计了电子政务网站易用性信息距离定量评价模型和数据包络有效性证明模型,并以电子税务网站中个人纳税信息的获取为例进行实证.  相似文献

通过R&D投资,联盟成员可以获得进行价值创造所必需的学习能力,但在获得学习能力之后,联盟成员也就具备了实施机会主义策略的条件。通过一个简单的博弈模型,本文发现,如果联盟成员的R&D投资具有承诺的特点,那么,联盟伙伴就不会实施这种机会主义策略,而且这种承诺会与学习能力一起决定每个联盟成员的知识投入水平。最后,利用本文的结果和方法还可以解释中外合资公司中诸如外资的独资化等现象。  相似文献

Collective dynamics of confined colloids are crucial in diverse scenarios such as self-assembly and phase behavior in materials science, microrobot swarms for drug delivery and microfluidic control. Yet, fine-tuning the dynamics of colloids in microscale confined spaces is still a formidable task due to the complexity of the dynamics of colloidal suspension and to the lack of methodology to probe colloids in confinement. Here, we show that the collective dynamics of confined magnetic colloids can be finely tuned by external magnetic fields. In particular, the mechanical properties of the confined colloidal suspension can be probed in real time and this strategy can be also used to tune microscale fluid transport. Our experimental and theoretical investigations reveal that the collective configuration characterized by the colloidal entropy is controlled by the colloidal concentration, confining ratio and external field strength and direction. Indeed, our results show that mechanical properties of the colloidal suspension as well as the transport of the solvent in microfluidic devices can be controlled upon tuning the entropy of the colloidal suspension. Our approach opens new avenues for the design and application of drug delivery, microfluidic logic, dynamic fluid control, chemical reaction and beyond.  相似文献

In the variable speed control momentum gyroscopes (VSCMG), the output torque of the VSCMG can be supported by the gyroscopic torque by a large margin with low resolution. The output torque of the VSCMG can be only supported by the reaction torque of the flywheels with high resolution when the gimbals are locking. Consequently, the torque error that is determined by the low spin rate fluctuation or servo tracking error of the gimbals can be vanished, and the VSCMG can be suitable for large maneuver and high accuracy attitude pointing as the actuator. Unfortunately, the singularity of the flywheel torque co-plane may be encountered. In this paper, the singularity of the flywheel torque co-plane is visualized based on geometry method. The singularity can be effectively avoided by locking gimbals. The locking gimbals positions are optimized with the maximum angular momentum. The steering laws with two phases are proposed to operate the task of the large angle maneuver and high accuracy control for a spacecraft. In the phase 1, a large margin torque can be achieved by the new designed steering law, and the gimbals can be steered to the optimization gimbals positions at the final stage of the phase 1. In the phase 2, the high precision torque can be achieved by only steering the flywheels and the locking the gimbals. Consequently, the torque error that is caused by the spin rate fluctuation or servo tracking error of the gimbals can be effectively eliminated.  相似文献
