我们所研制的含钙易切钢(40 CrCa)的可加工性具有一个明显的特点,即在某一切削速度范围内,这种钢的可加工性是随着切削速度的提高而改善的。当切削速度V≈200米/分时,可加工性达到最佳状态。此时刀具的耐用度为切削普通钢(40Cr)时的8倍。 这种易切钢的可加工性特别好的原因在于:用钨、钛、钴类硬质合金刀具(YT15)以高的切削速度切削这种钢时,钢中的球状氧化夹杂物会软化,并且沉积在刀具表面上形成一层薄膜,这层薄膜对刀具的磨损有阻碍作用。  相似文献

Calcium carbide slag, generated in the hydrolysis process of calcium carbide, is an potential carbon capture reagent because its main ingredient is Ca(OH)2. Calcium carbide slag, a by-product of a resin factory was used as carbon capture reagent. The change of pH and electrical conductivity (EC) of the calcium carbide slag slurry with different solid-to-liquid ratios, as well as the capture efficiency and dynamics under different temperatures and flow rates of CO2 were studied. The properties of solid were characterized with XRD, TG-DTA, SEM and FT-IR before and after capturing carbon. The results show that the change of pH and EC were greater with low solid-to-liquid ratio than that with high solid-to-liquid ratio. The analysis of XRD and SEM show that the content of CaCO3 increased significantly, which improved that Ca(OH)2 and free CaO were reacted with CO2. The results of TG-DTA and FT-IR show that the physicochemical properties and microstructure of the slag changed after capturing CO2 because of the increase of CaCO3 content. All the results mentioned above improve the feasibility of utilizing calcium carbide slag to capture CO2 and offer a practical way for carbon emission reduction and disposal of wasted calcium carbide slag.  相似文献

研制了一种不含贵重金属钼、镍、铜低合金耐磨铸钢,该钢经920℃×2h空淬+260℃×2.5h空冷回火热处理后,获得了下贝氏体+马氏体+残余奥氏体+ε碳化物复相组织.下贝氏体呈细长针状,马氏体呈粗短针状,残留奥氏体呈簿膜条状,碳化物呈细小条状.下贝氏体含量约为19%、马氏体含量约为67%时,实验钢的硬度高达51.6HRC,冲击韧性亦为62J/cm^2,获得了较好的强韧匹配性,耐磨性是高铬铸铁的1.56倍.  相似文献

通过对某线材制品厂的77MnA脆断试样的检验分析,发现脆断试样存在严重磷偏析,且缺陷附近未发现大量聚集的非金属夹杂物分布、网状碳化物、马氏体等异常组织,利用电子探针对中心偏析带进行分析,发现中心磷偏析高达18.7,且孔洞、裂纹等均位于磷偏析带上,表明磷偏析是此次盘条脆断的主要原因,并就生产实际提出了改进措施。  相似文献

Silicon carbide nanotubes (SiCNTs) with special morphology synthesized by supercritical hydrothermal method at 470 ℃ and 8 MPa have been reported in this paper.SiCNTs with special morphology were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution TEM (HRTEM).There are two kinds of silicon carbide with special morphology:One is oval SiCNTs with small aspect ratio,the other is bamboo cone-shape structure.SiCNTs have been analyzed by fluorescence spectrometer.The results indicate that the SiCNTs have strong photoluminescence (PL) property.The SiCNTs with oval shape are one kind of intermediate state of growth process of nanotube.The growth mechanism of silicon nanotubes has been proposed based on experiment data.The investigations of growth mechanism of SiCNTs with bamboo structure show that the defect produced in the growth process play the important role in SiCNTs with special structure.  相似文献

We previously reported the direct electrochemical detection of insulin at bare carbon electrodes. Here a novel modified acetylene carbon black paste electrode(SiC/CB-CPE), based on the outstanding characteristics of silicon carbide nanostructure,was developed for the electrooxidation of insulin in alkaline solution and it was characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) in 5 mmol/L Fe(CN)63-/4- solution. It is found that silicon carbide nanostructure doped into the CB-CPE greatly facilitates the redox electrochemistry of Fe(CN)63-/4- probe and the electrochemical oxidation of insulin. The electrooxidation of insulin is a one-electron and one-proton reaction and an irreversible adsorption-controlled electrode process. The anodic oxidation current increases linearly with the concentration of insulin from 1×10-7mol/L to1.2×10-6mol/L in 0.1 mol/L Na2CO3-NaHCO3 buffer solution(pH 10.0) and the detection limit was 50 nmol/L. In addition, the SiC/CB-CPE shows good sensitivity, reproducibility, renewability and capacity of resisting disturbance.  相似文献

对DC53K模具钢的退火工艺进行了研究,结果表明:加热到900℃保温3h的退火工艺退火效果较好,其退火硬度在21.9HRC左右,退火组织获得了类似共晶碳化物十二次渗碳体+索氏体基体组织。另外,850℃×4h后720℃×4h的等温退火工艺对DC53K模具钢的退火效果并不理想。  相似文献
