目的:基于《黄帝内经》"五脏相音"与"导引"理论,通过在晚期肺癌患者的临床护理中引入五音疗法联合六字诀呼吸操并探索其疗效,为开展晚期肺癌患者心理治疗提供依据.方法:对124例晚期肺癌住院病人随机分成治疗组63例,对照组61例,治疗组采用五音疗法联合六字诀呼吸操治疗,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组治疗前后肺癌国际生存质量量表(EORTC QLQ-LC43)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)及生命态度剖面图量表(LAP)的评分情况.结果:经治疗后,患者的生存质量各项目的评分、心理弹性总分及各维度评分均有所提高,生命意义感较对照组及治疗前均有所改善,与治疗前评分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:五音疗法联合六字诀呼吸操能帮助患者成功走出心理困扰而变得更加自强、乐观与坚韧,改善晚期癌症患者的生活质量,是一种对晚期癌症患者心理治疗有效的方法. 相似文献

乙肝病毒(HBV)致肝细胞癌(HCC)过程中,免疫/炎症分子遗传易感性与HBV交互作用维持了乙肝慢性化。HBV蛋白如大S抗原和HBx通过抑制免疫维持了非可控性炎症。促炎细胞因子反式激活核酸编辑酶如胞苷脱氨酶的表达,促进病毒和宿主基因组变异。绝大部分变异细胞在生存竞争中被淘汰,只有极其少数细胞通过改变细胞生存依赖的信号通路,具备了上皮细胞向间质细胞转化等逆向分化的潜能,获得了克服衰老、掠夺营养、无限增值和化疗抵抗等"干性"特征而被选择出来,成为癌症起始细胞。这类细胞逐渐适应了促癌炎症微环境,演绎了"变异—选择—适应"的进化过程。癌症进化发育学理论可能为癌症监测、预防和预后预测提供可靠生物标志和靶向治疗有效靶标。 相似文献
