将焙烧过程的铝土矿粉用一定浓度地盐酸溶解，经过滤，除去不溶物，然后将滤液分成两份，一份中加入Ｃａ（ＯＨ）２调整溶液的ｐＨ值为６～６．５，得到Ａｌ（ＯＨ）３和Ｆｅ（ＯＨ）３沉淀。将此沉淀于另一份滤液中溶解，溶解完全后，所得清液在一定温度的恒温水浴中聚合一般时间，即可得到符合指标的聚合碱式氯化铝铁产品，并利用正交实验及单因素实验对工艺条件进行了优化，得到了最佳工艺条件。 相似文献

以Fe-H2O体系E-pH图为依据,从电化学、化学热力学、沉淀溶解平衡等角度进行计算,推导了制备Fe(OH)2的最佳条件。基于计算结果,设计了三个实验,均明显观察到Fe(OH)2白色沉淀及其被氧化后生成的Fe(OH)3红棕色沉淀。实验证实,理论计算推导出的实验条件是合理有效的。 相似文献

化学实验是验证化学问题最好的方法.就人教版中沉淀Mg(OH)2在NH4Cl溶液中的溶解问题,有两种不同的解释,为验证其合理性,我们选用CH3COONH4(溶液呈中性)代替NH4Cl,做了验证性实验.证明Mg(OH)2溶解,是因为Mg(OH)2(s)≒Mg2++2OH-,NH4++OH≒NH3·H2O,并以此为依据合理解决了习题中的类似问题. 相似文献

氯化铵溶液能溶解Mg(OH)2,实为沉淀溶解平衡、氨水的电解质平衡以及水的电离平衡综合作用的结果 ,其本质为离子反应,是NH4+还是H3O+首先作用于Mg(OH)2的沉淀溶解平衡,对此学术界无统一的观点。复分解反应的活化能几乎为0,但各种离子的扩散速率不尽相同,多种离子参加反应时,到底哪种离子首先碰撞先发生反应,实难判断,事实上也不重要,但我们可以通过计算、实验得出铵盐溶解Mg(OH)2的"功劳"主要是NH4+,而不是H3O+,同时指出低浓度的铵盐难以溶解氢氧化镁的事实。 相似文献
