静脉留置针作为一种新型的输液器材,在临床中的应用已日趋广泛。留置针的使用,使患者在整个输液过程中减少静脉穿刺次数,保护穿刺的静脉,减轻患者的痛苦,提高护士的工作效率,有利于临床用药和紧急抢救。但在临床应用过程中,由于某些原因,使其留置时间过短,丧失了其本身的作用,从而增加了患者的痛苦。文章分析了影响留置针留置时间的各种因素,以便我们做好相应的预防措施,最大限度地发挥留置针持续留置的优点。 相似文献

目的 :观察静脉留置套管针纠正失血性休克的时间、留针时间及并发症。方法 :对 180例失血性休克患者 ,随机分为A、B两组 ,分别来用常规头皮针静脉穿刺和静脉留置套管针穿刺 ,快速补充血容量 ,纠正失血性休克。结果 :两种输液方法相比较 ,静脉留置套管针明显优于头皮针 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :静脉留置套管针纠正休克时间短 ,留针时间长 ,并发症少 ,利于失血性休克病人的抢救 相似文献

目的:通过护理干预可以减少静脉留置针并发症的发生和减轻症状。方法:通过比较安医一附院胸外科2013年1月至2013年5月未予护理干预为对照组,静脉留置针使用者发生并发症80例,2013年6月至2013年10月实施护理干预为参考组,静脉留置针使用者发生并发症33例,记录2组静脉留置针使用后出现静脉留置针相关并发症发生率。结果:参考组静脉留置针并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论:静脉留置针在使用过程中并发症预防和护理非常有必要。 相似文献

为研究颈外静脉留置针在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用,作者选择胃癌术后及肠癌术后病人60例．平均分为实验组,比较两组观察颈外静脉组及外周静脉组的五天留置针保留成功率,静脉炙发生率。以及患者和家属满意度。结果发现．五天留置针保留成功率、患者和家属满意度明显高于对照组．静脉炎发生率低于对照组。由此得出结论：颈外静脉留置针应用于肿瘤患者长期,反复化疗中可以提高五天留置针保留成功率,患者和家属满意度．降低静脉炎发生率． 相似文献
