作为继电保护的基础元件,高校继电保护教学实验普遍开设电流和电压继电器特性实验课程。实验过程中发现在调节电磁式继电器启动值和返回值时,电流继电器比电压继电器有更高稳定性,而且电压继电器更容易受使用年限的影响。收集当前本科实验室的两种电磁式继电器实测数据,通过统计方法归纳两种电磁式继电器实际特性情况。进一步结合两种电磁式继电器的原理,从理论上分析上述现象的原因,从而有助于帮助学生更深入掌握继电器特性。  相似文献

石化厂丙烯腈变低压进线控制回路采用三相低压继电器,单触点触发的控制方式来实现备自投动作;时间继电器为断电延时。在全所失电时,会出现来电跳闸的情况,延误系统恢复时间,影响供电质量。基于对低压进线控制系统的分析,阐述了低电压继电器及时间继电器选取的重要意义,将进线柜内的三相低电压继电器更换为三个单相低电压继电器,时间继电器选为通电延时型。通过对控制系统的改进,缩短操作人员的系统恢复时间,提高了供电系统的稳定、可靠性。  相似文献

Quiet students are sometimes misunderstood in the college classroom. Students may be quiet for reasons related to personality traits, learned behaviors, or situational factors, but regardless, their silences may be misinterpreted by their instructors as a lack of engagement in their courses. In fact, quiet students are often very engaged in the learning process but may need space to express their interest in ways that are suited to their quiet tendencies. This article describes how quiet students are perceived in the classroom, reviews the reasons why quiet students often serve as a source of uncertainty for college instructors, and explains a number of strategies that instructors can use to meet the learning needs of quiet students.  相似文献

As electronic gadgets predominate a student’s life, there comes a need for silence. A quiet place free of electromagnetic spectrum waves, dirty and stray electricity, and the endless chirps, whistles, beeps, and customized signaling. A quiet place can offer solitude for meditation, inspiration, and spiritual awareness. Student involvement in the classroom and campus activities is of upmost importance for student retention and successful program completion; however, student veterans often face overwhelming transitioning barriers as they cross from combat to the community college environment. Whether student veterans need a place to calm themselves, compartmentalize traumatic memories, or concentrate on overcoming an educational challenge, the quiet place can offer sanctuary. The proposed quiet place will be designed inexpensively using furniture available on the host rural community college campus, the state surplus warehouse, and from employee donations. The labor to paint and refurbish will be provided by dedicated veteran college staff and members of the Student Veterans of America association on the community college campus. The quiet place will utilize a small room less than 10 feet squared, however with low earth sounds emanating from an MP3 player and speaker, soft comfortable seating, and a rug, the room will be free from all other electronics and electrical devices. This dedicated student-veteran space will be unstaffed, self-policed for quiet enforcement, although a Career Coach will be available to handle any situations and address messages left by student veterans.  相似文献

The rapid spread affranchising activity by universities over the last few years has been a quiet revolution - revolutionary in its speed and radical nature, but so quiet that its significance has yet to be assessed. Publications on franchising, and there are only a few, are investigative and informative, rather than analytical or policy-oriented. This is perhaps because there has been no major national policy lead on franchising. Government departments and national bodies have contributed at best encouragement and recognition; at worst suspicion and obstruction. In the tradition of revolutionary activity, franchising has been a bottom-up initiative, institution-led, and at a speed which, 'In a sector not known as a quick-change artist is breathtaking'. Quiet students are a feature of the organisation of secondary schools. Using qualitative methods and Deleuzean conceptualisations of modern subjectivity, this paper explores the ways that quiet students negotiate the terrain of their school. These negotiations often seem to produce a self that is trapped rather than a subject who seizes opportunities to be inventive, creative and experimental of their self. Understanding the faciality of quiet students provides opportunities to advance debate on how schools could encourage freer selves.  相似文献

This article discusses the issue of ‘making the invisible visible’ from a methodological and a substantive viewpoint. The ideas emerged from a doctoral research study into individual target setting with middle ability students in an English secondary school. The students involved had been identified by assessments as ‘average’ and by their teachers as quiet, unnoticed children. It is suggested that the methods used by the researcher to elicit the students' perceptions could also be used by teachers in order to engage these quiet students in a learning discourse.  相似文献
