职业教育在整个教育体系中具有自己的生态位,承担特定的历史使命。尽管我国的职业教育已经初步形成了相对独立的体系,然而,由于发展时间较短,当前我国职业教育体系尚不健全,突出表现为:职业教育与社会环境之间的失衡、职业教育与教育系统之间的失衡以及职业教育系统内部结构之间的失衡。生态文明不仅是人类文明发展的高级形态,也是职业教育科学发展的方法论。职业教育体系的生态失衡问题不仅影响职业教育功能的发挥,也影响其他教育类型并最终影响社会的健康发展。为此,需要树立职业教育生态观,积极构建有利于职业教育发展的社会环境,在多样化的教育类型中确定职业教育的生态位,优化职业教育系统内部环境,避免同质竞争与雷同发展。 相似文献

职业教育现代化是教育现代化的重要组成部分,但目前我国已有的关于职业教育现代化的论述更多偏重经济、技术层面,较少涉及到社会制度的层面.本文采用文献分析的方法,通过解读几个发达国家职业教育发展的社会背景和制度环境,简要分析了职业教育系统与其外在制度环境和社会系统之间的互动关系,研究和探讨了职业教育现代化内涵的社会维度.本文提出,职业教育现代化不仅包含技术与经济的内容,也应当蕴含一定的社会维度,而不同群体的利益和权利均衡则是现代化的职业教育系统的重要内涵之一. 相似文献
