一年一度的全国职业院校技能大赛照例在天津举行.笔者注意到,大赛高职组设立的全部比赛项目中,从赛项设计到比赛规则,再到竞赛裁判,大都是以行业企业专家为主体.大赛邀请企业界深度参与,赛题设计与生产环境一致,评判标准也与企业实际生产一致,目的就是通过大赛引导职业院校教学.可见企业已经深入到了职业院校技能大赛的各项组织工作.但这还远远不够,企业更应该在技能大赛后继续留在职业院校,并扎根职业院校教学的第一线.
