冠心病患者血浆内皮素含量测定   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为探讨血浆内皮素对冠心病患者的意义,采用放射免疫分析法对49例健康人与20例冠心病患者进行血浆内皮素含量测定。结果表明冠心病患者血浆内皮素含量明显高于健康人,差异非常显著,P〈0.01,说明血浆内皮素含量升高对冠心病的发生和发展具有重要作用。  相似文献

本文对97例健康人与44例高脂血症病人进行血液流变学等10项指标的测定与比较,实验结果证明,高脂血症病人的全血粘度(230.00s^-1,23.00s^-1,9.60s^-1),血浆粘度(230.00s^-1),纤维蛋白原等均明显高于健康人,经统计学处理(P<0.01),有显著差异。  相似文献

选择46岁以上的高血压(HBP)、冠心病(CHD)、卒中及其它内科住院病人共140名进行了血浆纤维蛋白原(FG)、血压、甘油三酯(TG)和吸烟等因素的观察.结果表明高血压、冠心病和车中患者FG值升高,逐步回归分析看出吸烟,HBP和TG水平升高明显影响FG的含量,提示FG水平升高同HBP,CHD和年中存在着紧密的联系。  相似文献

目的 了解血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)、叶酸和维生素(Vit)B12水平与冠心病的关系;观察叶酸干预治疗高Hcy血症的疗效.方法 经冠脉造影确诊的冠心病患者97例、亚冠心病患者58例及完全正常3l例,用高效液相色谱法测血浆Hcy水平,用放免法测血浆叶酸和VitB12浓度.其中高Hcy血症病人每天服用叶酸5mg,观察4周和8周后血浆Hcy水平变化.结果 冠心病和亚冠心病患者血浆Hcy水平明显高于正常人,叶酸和VitB12水平则明显下降;冠心病患者冠脉病变支数越多,血浆Hcy升高和叶酸、VitB12下降越明显;叶酸治疗高Hcy血症患者4周和8周,分别使血浆Hcy水平下降12.5%和38.5%.结论 冠心病和亚冠心病患者血浆Hcy水平明显升高,高Hcy血症是冠心病的危险因素之一.血浆Hcy水平变化与冠脉病变程度正相关.叶酸干预治疗可使高Hcy血症患者血浆Hcy浓度明显降低.  相似文献

目的:探讨亚甲蓝光化学法与巴斯德液态湿热法不同灭菌方式对病毒灭活血浆制品质量的影响。方法:随机抽取我市中心血站无偿献血血液标本10份分离新鲜血浆后,分别采用亚甲蓝光化学法与巴斯德液态湿热法对其进行病毒灭活,对病毒灭活后血浆中的纤维蛋白原、总蛋白和凝血因子Ⅷ的含量进行检测。结果:经亚甲蓝光化学法进行病毒灭活后血浆中纤维蛋白原、总蛋白和凝血因子Ⅷ的含量均显著高于巴斯德液态湿热法,差异具有统计学意义(p0.05)。结论:亚甲蓝光化学法灭活病毒的血浆,对血浆成分的影响较小。  相似文献

实验对猪血浆中白蛋白、免疫球蛋白、纤维蛋白原及凝血酶等功能蛋白进行了联合提取。通过对各步骤中蛋白的检测确立了一套有效的联合提取方法:将柠檬酸钠抗凝的血浆经冻融处理,离心得到纤维蛋白原沉淀,上清通过吸附法提取凝血酶后再经盐析法分离提取白蛋白及免疫球蛋白。1L血浆可同时提得白蛋白31.41g、免疫球蛋白13.86g、凝血酶粗品0.22g(比活力为38.5U/mg)、纤维蛋白原为2.67g。  相似文献

目的探讨分析高原红细胞增多症(Hight? AltitudePolycythemia,HAPC)患者血小板减少的相关因素,便于指导高海拔地区医务工作者临床工作。方法纳入在我科门诊的高原红细胞增多症患者50例,其中合并血小板减少的占18例,将患者分成血小板减少组和血小板正常组,观察所有患者的年龄、血常规、凝血功能(血浆凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶原时间、血浆纤维蛋白原)、临床有无出血倾向等情况,对比两组间的数据。结果血小板减少组血小板平均体积(MPV),血小板分布宽度(PDw)显著升高(P〈0.01),红细胞及血红蛋白较对照组高(P〈0.05)。两组之间在凝血功能、年龄及有无出血倾向的差异无统计学意义。结论高原红细胞增多症易致外周血液中血小板破坏增多,可能与红细胞及血红蛋白增多相关,但临床出血倾向无显著增加。  相似文献

目的对胃、十二指肠溃疡患者血清胃蛋白酶原的检验结果进行分析,为临床判断良性溃疡和胃癌提供科学依据。方法以我院2015年12月-2016年12月收治的50例胃、十二指肠溃疡患者和50例胃癌患者以及50例正常健康人为研究对象,对其血清胃蛋白酶原的检验结果进行整理分析,从而得到通过分析血清胃蛋白酶原的数据判断患者疾病情况的依据。结果胃、十二指肠溃疡患者的血清胃蛋白酶原的指数偏高,与其他两组有明显差异,胃癌患者的血清胃蛋白酶原的指数偏低,与其他两组有明显差异。结论通过血清胃蛋白酶原检验结果对这三种病态的判断有较高的临床应用价值。  相似文献

Growth retardation is one of the significant changes in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Disturbances in growth hormone (GH) are held responsible for several complications in CKD. GH is a protein based peptide hormone which directly or indirectly regulates renal functions to ensure homeostasis. We investigated the effects of growth hormone on plasminogen activators (PA) in rat kidney, PA and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI), glucose and fibrinogen in plasma and serum lipid profile. Rats were injected daily with 250 mU GH kg-1 body weight subcutaneously for one week. Growth hormone treatment increased PA activity significantly in rat kidneys as compared to controls. No changes were seen in PA, PAI and fibrinogen levels in the plasma of two groups of rats. There was significant decrease in plasma glucose, total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol levels in serum of treated group resulting in the decrease of HDL/LDL and total cholesterol/cholesterol ratios. However, triglycerides and VLDL showed significant higher activity in the serum of treated group as compared to controls. Our data suggests that GH administration might improve renal function by increasing PA activity in kidney as well as by reducing the cholesterol content in blood. GH may be effective in improving growth failure as it helps to maintain the normal homeostatic balance.  相似文献

Determination of plasma total homocysteine by high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) usually requires reduction of protein bound or free homocysteine-disulphides into thiols by a reducing agent and the liberated thiols are then derivatized by a fluorescent marker. In this study we have standardized the HPLC method for homocysteine measurement using dithiothreitol (DTT) as reductant. The results of plasma total homocysteine values obtained by HPLC were compared with IMx method. The difference between the two means was statistically insignificant [P=0.616847 (two tail)] Linear regression analysis showed strong correlation between the two methods (r=0.983). Using this method we have analyzed 132 controls and 130 Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) patients for plasma total homocysteine, wherein, the mean plasma total homocysteine levels were 10.51±8.36 and 11.51±10.06 μmol/L respectively. Our research study suggests that DTT method is a simple and inexpensive assay for homocysteine determination in human plasma for research application.  相似文献

目的:分析冠心病患者和正常人血脂水平与心率变异频域指标及自主神经活动的关系。方法:对71例确诊的冠心病患者和96例正常人行24h动态心电图并采空腹血查血脂,分别比较两类人群中高胆固醇血症组与正常胆固醇组心率变异频域指标VLF、LF、HF、LF/HF的差异,并用多元逐步回归分析血脂各值与心率变异的相关性。结果:高胆固醇血症组与正常胆固醇组相比,冠心病患者中HF值显著降低(P<0.05),而LF/HF值显著增高(P<0.01);正常人亦有高胆固醇血症组HF值较低而F/HF值较高的趋势,但无统计学差异。多元逐步回归分析中,冠心病患者HF与TC呈负相关,LF/HF则与TC、LDL呈正相关;正常人中LF/HF亦与TC呈正相关。结论:冠心病患者和正常人中血脂水平均与心率变异及自主神经活动存在一定的相关性。胆固醇增高者交感与迷走神经平衡性失调,交感神经活性相对较高而迷走神经活性相对较低。  相似文献

Apolipoprotein E genotypes and lipid and lipoprotein levels were determined in hypercholesterolemic and angiographically vertified CHD subjects and compared against 90 normolipidemic controls. The ε4 allele was significantly prevalent in the hypercholesterolemic and CHD subjects. Significant increase in total cholesterol levels in apo ε4 containing subjects were observed in the hypercholesterolemic and CHD group. The study suggests that the ε4 allele by influencing the lipid levels could act as a risk factor for CHD.  相似文献

In an attempt to search for risk factors which can explain the increasing prevalence of coronary heart disease (CHD) in Indian population, we conducted a case-control study to assess the association of Lipoprotein (a)(Lp(a)) with CHD. One hundred and fifty one consecutive patients with clinical and angiographic evidence of CHD and forty-nine healthy controls were drawn for the study. Triglycerides, very low density cholesterol (VLDL-C), total cholesterol (total-C)/high density cholesterol (HDL-C) ratio, low density cholesterol (LDL-C)/HDL cholesterol ratio and Lp(a) were found to be higher in patients than controls. In female sex and in those with family history of CHD, higher total and LDL cholesterol levels were observed to be associated with higher Lp(a) levels. Lp(a) levels were also found to be higher in triple vessel disease than other vessel disease patients. Significant difference in Lp(a) levels were observed between normal coronaries vs. single and triple vessel disease(P<0.05) and also between single vs. double and triple vessel disease (P<0.01).Lp(a) levels correlated positively with vessel severity(P<0.005). Lp(a) levels >25 mg/dl were associated with coronary heart disease (Odds ratio 1.98 P<0.05 95% CI 0.007–1.18). Our findings suggest a cut-off level of 25mg/dl for determination of risk of CHD. Studies from different areas involving larger sample size are needed to confirm the findings of the present study.  相似文献

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a global epidemic currently. This study was planned to evaluate markers of inflammation and hemostasis and their possible association, if any, in patients with CAD. The study was carried out in 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 60 age and gender matched controls. The following parameters were assayed in all study subjects-inflammatory-interleukin (IL)-10, high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, fibrinogen; hemostatic-fibrinogen, fibrin D-dimer and a novel risk factor—homocysteine. Inflammatory markers (hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-10), fibrinogen, fibrin D-dimer and homocysteine levels were significantly higher in the patients with AMI, as compared with controls. A positive correlation was observed between D-dimer and the inflammatory markers—hs-CRP and TNF-α. Upon multivariate analysis, TNF-α emerged as the best determinant of CAD in our study. Our results indicate that there is a possible interplay of inflammation and hemostasis in CAD, underlining their synergistic role in the pathogenesis of CAD.  相似文献

Conditions like hypertension, atherosclerosis and diabetes are known to be the result of endothelial dysfunction which could begin early in the life of an individual. The markers of endothelial dysfunction studied in the present work are plasma hemoglobin, serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) and plasma nitrite and nitrate. We studied the onset of endothelial dysfunction with increase in age as well as in disease condition like newly detected hypertensives and of hypertensive diabetic patients. The mean plasma hemoglobin and hsCRP values were found to increase with age. hsCRP and plasma hemoglobin levels were significantly higher in patient groups as compared to aged-matched controls. On the other hand nitrate and nitrite was significantly higher in patients who suffered from both diabetes and hypertension together and nitrate values were significantly lower in patients who suffered from hypertensive alone. Plasma hemoglobin and hsCRP are associated with endothelial dysfunction and increases both with age as well as in disease condition.  相似文献
