近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们的消费观念也随之发生了变化:崇尚生态、文化和绿色消费。本文以乐土生态园为研究背景,通过PEST分析和SWOT分析等理论,从企业宏观环境和企业内部几个方面对乐土生态园的战略环境进行分析,并进一步通过SWOT矩阵分析和内、外部因素评价矩阵量化打分,得出了SO战略。最后结合乐土生态园的实际情况,为企业选择了差异化的竞争战略。 相似文献

景观设计是艺术设计中一个重要的专业分支。作者提出了以人的视觉体验为基本依据将景观设计划分为非视觉尺度与视觉尺度两大类,非视觉尺度景观设计包括传统意义上的国土规划、城市规划、社区规划与设计,其设计特点是以科学理性思维为主,而视觉尺度景观设计则包括街道与广场设计、庭园设计、景观细部设计等。视觉尺度景观设计的特点是以人的平视与步行为尺度范围,以人的感官体验为主要依据进行设计,与非视觉尺度景观设计相比,视觉尺度景观设计更具感性化和艺术化。非视觉尺度景观与视觉尺度景观是两个大的尺度类型,但在实际应用中它们并不是明显区分的,两种尺度在设计原理和方法上虽有侧重也多有重合与借鉴。 相似文献
