自我评估调动了学前教育机构不断反思和改进实践的积极性,同时为外部评估提供信息,成为新西兰学前教育机构不断完善的重要途径。新西兰学前教育机构自我评估的经验可以为我国学前教育机构评估提供重要参考。通过对新西兰教育评估办公室相关报告文件的解读,发现影响机构自我评估的因素包括:领导者对自我评估的重视与推动;机构的专业发展支撑自我评估;稳定的教师队伍和合作性团队工作;评估的有效体系以及评估相关资源的利用。挑战有:对自我评估的理解和体系的建立不足;自我评估所需的领导力不足;自我评估的内部关键要素把握不足。为改进自我评估,建议建设或者拓展现存的实践;寻找外部的建议和支持;以及使用现存的出版物来支持与引导自我评估等。 相似文献

质量话语曾长期在学前教育质量评估中占重要地位,对我国学前教育理论和实践产生了深刻的影响。然而,近年来,人们对以技术理性为基础的评估提出了多方面质疑,认识到忽视差异、去背景性和去情景性的质量标准不仅不利于文化的多样化发展,更会使实践因盲目追求统一的质量指标而造成学前教育的不公平。学前教育应寻求建立更具适应性和包容性的质量评估体系,以最终实现学前教育领域的实质公平。 相似文献

为给学前教育投入提供产出反馈，各国均开展了学前教育质量科学评估，并探讨其与儿童发展之间的关系。从1990年至2021年间，国内外关于学前教育质量与儿童发展关系的研究总体显示，学前教育机构的整体质量对儿童发展的影响易被非关键质量所稀释；结构质量对儿童发展存在阈值效应；过程质量是影响儿童发展的关键因素，尤其是特定领域的过程质量能更显著地影响和预测儿童对应领域的发展，不过过程质量对儿童发展的影响同样存在阈值效应；过程质量是结构质量影响儿童发展的重要中介。未来应开发具有文化适宜性和实践导向的学前教育质量与儿童发展评估工具，应构建大型学前教育质量与儿童发展追踪数据库以深入探索两者的关系，应开展基于循证研究的学前教育质量提升实践。 相似文献

美国加州所采用的质量评估与改进系统(QRIS)在促进学前教育质量提升的同时,也面临着诸多挑战,例如发展速度缓慢、评估衡量标准不一、数据分析困难等。为此,加州要求所有学前教育项目都必须参与教育质量评估与改进系统、增强质量评估与改进系统的灵活性和有效性,并对质量评估与改进系统的评估员进行专门培训。加州的QRIS改革举措可为我国学前教育质量监测体系的构建提供借鉴,例如建立全覆盖的学前教育质量评估与改进体系,丰富学前教育质量评估与改进体系的内涵,以及提出针对学前教育质量评估结果的改进措施等。 相似文献
