职业价值观是价值观体系中一个极为重要的组成部分,影响着个人的职业选择、从业态度及社会整体就业环境。随着经济、文化、就业形势等诸多因素的冲击,当前高职院校学生职业价值观发生了新的变化,对我国高职院校职业价值观教育而言是一个巨大的挑战。从总体上看,现阶段我国高职院校学生的职业价值观教育滞后于社会发展需要,高职院校要从教育理念、教育环境和教育途径上加强学生的职业价值观教育。 相似文献
