由于习语在结构、语义、修辞、文化内涵等方面的特点,在翻译过程中,译者除了要忠实地表达原文习语的意义外,还应尽可能翻译出特定语境下习语的意义,这就要求译者不仅要重视语义翻译以求达到语义等值,更要重视语用翻译使译文在译语读者心中获得与原文相同的效果,以达到语用等值。 相似文献

文章从研究翻译的本质入手 ,认为“忠实”是翻译的基本标准。译者的工作是“一仆侍二主” ,翻译不仅要忠于原文 (包括忠于原文的内容、形式、风格、效果等各个方面 ) ,还要忠于译文读者。但由于原语和目标语之间语言和文化的差异 ,绝对的面面俱到的“忠实”是做不到的 ,译者不得不有所取舍。取什么 ,舍什么 ?这就取决于翻译目的了。“忠实”与翻译目的之间的关系 ,就如同马列主义一般原理与社会主义国家具体国情之间的关系 ,在翻译实践中 ,它们相互结合 ,译者何去何从的问题 ,译文的衡量尺度问题就迎刃而解了。 相似文献
