研究了牙周炎患者龈沟液可溶性细胞间粘附分子(s I C A M 1)的含量⒚牙周炎患者 23 例,46 个牙齿;正常对照20 例,20 个牙齿,用 E L I S A 法检测牙周炎患者龈沟液s I C A M 1 的含量⒚正常对照龈沟液s I C A M 1 含量为(145.014±43.745)ng/m L ,男女间无显著性差异( P> 0.05)⒚牙周炎患者龈沟液s I C A M 1 的含量为(25.389±8.461)ng/m L,明显低于正常对照( P< 0.01);一个牙齿30 秒龈沟液 s I C A M 1 总量,正常对照为(0.1764±0.0432)ng,牙周炎患者为(0.0830±0.0197)ng,二者之间有显著性差异( P< 0.01)⒚表明龈沟液s I C A M 1 含量的降低与牙周炎有关⒚  相似文献

应用Southern印迹杂交法、高压琼脂糖凝胶电泳和标准的微量淋巴细胞毒试验对中国汉族人44例正常无相关个体进行了C4基因限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)、C4蛋白分型及HLA-DR分型的测定,结果发现C4RFLP A、B二种格局在C4B*Q0的表现型上有显著差异(P〈0.05);RFLP A型格局与DR4相关(P〈0.05)。  相似文献

用脑电地形图(BEAM)技术观察了30例急性脑血管意外患者.并同时进行了脑电图(EEG)检查,其中23例作了CT扫描.结果表明,BEAM对急性脑血管意外的阳性率、定侧率与EEG比较均有显著差异(P<0.05);与CT比较总阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05);但三无内检查阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05).  相似文献

对30例头颈癌患者手术前后的T淋巴细胞亚群变化进行观察,结果表明:头颈患者的CD+8较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),CD+4/CD+8值比健康人显著降低(P<0.01),且有随临床分期增加而CD+8升高及CD+4/CD+8比值下降的趋势,Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与Ⅲ-Ⅳ期相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);而手术后CD+8逐渐下降,CD+4/CD+8值却较术前有明显回升,术前与术后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).说明头颈癌患者存在着明显的细胞免疫功能紊乱,并随病情的发展而加重;而彻底切除肿瘤是迅速恢复机体细胞免疫功能的有效手段.提示:T淋巴细胞亚群检测对头颈癌患者的病情发展、免疫功能评定及疗效观察具有一定参考价值  相似文献

用单光子吸收法(SPA)对杭州市汉族50岁以上的80例非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(NIDDM)患者和年龄、性别与NIDDM患者相配对的431名正常人的前臂尺、桡骨骨密度(BMD)进行测定,发现女性轻中型和重型组、男性重型组NIDDIM患者的尺桡骨平均BMD显著地低于正常人(P<0.01);本组NIDDM患者(男女合计)的一般性骨质疏松症(GOP)和进行性骨质疏松症(POP)的发病率分别为63.75%和8.75%,与正常人组相比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);不同病程NIDDM患者组别间尺桡骨平均BMD的差异不显著(P>0.05),提示NIDDM的病程与BMD的相关程度不密切。  相似文献

对8例高原肺水肿肺泡灌洗液听的免疫球蛋白,补体,组胺与5-羟色胺含量进行了检测,并与8例移居西藏高原5d的健康成人对比,高原肺水肿患者的肺泡灌洗液中IgG,IgM,C3,C4与组胺含量均显著增高(P〈0.01),并见C5,C9增高(P〈0.05)。高原肺水肿的发生与体液免疫反应密切相关,高原肺水肿可能为超敏反Ⅲ型疾病的局部表现。  相似文献

目的:了解高原健康老人细胞免疫功能的变化状况。方法:采用红细胞酵母菌花环法,检测了生活居住在拉萨的健康老人37人的红细胞免疫粘附功能及血清中红细胞免疫粘附调节因子活性,与生活居住在同地的青壮年44人进行了比较。结果:老年组红细胞C3b受体花不率及红细胞C3b花环促进率明显低于青壮年组(P〈0.01),而红细胞免疫复合物花环率及红细胞C3b受体花环抑制率明显高于青壮年组(P〈0.01和〈0.05),  相似文献

用等离子体直读光谱仪测定了53例Alzheimer型老年痴呆(SDAT)和25例梗塞性痴呆(MID)患者血清中钙、镁、锌、铝的含量并以49例同龄的健康老人作为对照,结果显示:SDAT组和MID组血清中钙、锌、铝含量均低于对照组(P〈0.01),而镁在患者组和对照组间无差异,SDAT组与MID组间各元素均无差异,提示这些元素在酶与受体功能调节中起着关键的作用,它们的减少可能是损害中枢神经系统调节功能  相似文献

乳清酸在0.1mol/LHClO4+0.02mol/LNaClO4底液中,于JP-2型示波极谱仪上,有一良好的二阶导数峰Ep=-0.860±0.01V(SCE),浓度在1×10-7~6×10-5mol/L范围内,与峰高成线性关系,检测限为7.5×10-8mol/L.实验证明,电极过程为具有催化性质的双电子可逆过程.  相似文献

基于开放式创新理论,以沪深上市公司为样本,探讨了海外技术并购战略下组织双元能力的成长趋势与特征,检验了外部技术资源属性与内部吸收能力对其成长过程的影响效果。研究发现:海外技术并购后,企业双元能力存在三种不同的成长轨迹,开发能力成长存在“增长模式”和“下降模式”两个潜在亚类,探索能力成长存在“增长模式”和“倒U型模式”两个潜在亚类,并且企业双元能力中“增长模式”的初始能力水平高于“下降模式”和“倒U型模式”;技术资源互补性对企业探索、开发能力均有显著的正向影响,而技术资源相似性仅对开发能力存在显著的正向影响;吸收能力及其与技术资源互补性、相似性的交互项分别对企业探索、开发能力具有显著的正向影响。  相似文献

以掌握和了解高校教师以主编或副主出版科研专著情况,并探索其影响因素为目的,采用抽样调查方法,用自编调查问卷对广东省6所医学高等院校1000名教师出版科研著作及其影响因素进行调查。结果显示高校教师是否著有学术著作的人数在不同的个人基本因素、经费的满意度、科技政策、科研态度、情感以及自我科研能力等因素上存在统计学差异(P<0.001)、统计学意义(p<0.01)和显著相关关系(p<0.01)。由此得出结论,通过解决经济问题和加强对中青年骨干教师的培训,能够较好的解决高校教师著作出版的质与量的问题。  相似文献

Hydrothermal fluid is essential for transporting metals in the crust and mantle. To explore the potential of Cu isotopes as a tracer of hydrothermal-fluid activity, Cu-isotope fractionation factors between Cl-bearing aqueous fluids and silicate magmas (andesite, dacite, rhyolite dacite, rhyolite and haplogranite) were experimentally calibrated. Fluids containing 1.75–14 wt.% Cl were mixed together with rock powders in Au95Cu5 alloy capsules, which were equilibrated in cold-seal pressure vessels for 5–13 days at 800–850°C and 2 kbar. The elemental and Cu-isotopic compositions of the recovered aqueous fluid and solid phases were analyzed by (LA-) ICP–MS and multi-collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, respectively. Our experimental results show that the fluid phases are consistently enriched in heavy Cu isotope (65Cu) relative to the coexisting silicates. The Cu-isotope fractionation factor (Δ65CuFLUID-MELT) ranges from 0.08 ± 0.01‰ to 0.69 ± 0.02‰. The experimental results show that the Cu-isotopic fractionation factors between aqueous fluids and silicates strongly depend on the Cu speciation in the fluids (e.g. CuCl(H2O), CuCl2 and CuCl32−) and silicate melts (CuO1/2), suggesting that the exsolved fluids may have higher δ65Cu than the residual magmas. Our results suggest the elevated δ65Cu values in Cu-enriched rocks could be produced by addition of aqueous fluids exsolved from magmas. Together with previous studies on Cu isotopes in the brine and vapor phases of porphyry deposits, our results are helpful for better understanding Cu-mineralization processes.  相似文献

对荷瘤小鼠喂服一定剂量(每千克体重喂40mg、80mg和120mg)的绿茶多酚后,测定其对移植性肿瘤细胞的抑制作用,结果显示:对EAC重量的抑制率分别为65.3%、51.0%和48.7%;对S180的抑制率为66.3%、68.5%和59.8%;对EAC细胞增殖数抑制率为81.4%、77.0%和50.5%.同时测得三个试验组EAC鼠的胸腺细胞增加率为248.2%、69.6%和44.6%;脾细胞增殖率为13.5%、61.5%和22.9%;对S180鼠的胸腺细胞增加率为200.7%、73.9%和138.0%;脾细胞增加率为34.4%、31.1%和20.0%.实验结果表明:茶多酚抗肿瘤作用可能是通过增强机体免疫力来抑制体内肿瘤细胞的生长.  相似文献

The accurate viscosity measurement of complex fluids is essential for characterizing fluidic behaviors in blood vessels and in microfluidic channels of lab-on-a-chip devices. A microfluidic platform that accurately identifies biophysical properties of blood can be used as a promising tool for the early detections of cardiovascular and microcirculation diseases. In this study, a flow-switching phenomenon depending on hydrodynamic balancing in a microfluidic channel was adopted to conduct viscosity measurement of complex fluids with label-free operation. A microfluidic device for demonstrating this proposed method was designed to have two inlets for supplying the test and reference fluids, two side channels in parallel, and a junction channel connected to the midpoint of the two side channels. According to this proposed method, viscosities of various fluids with different phases (aqueous, oil, and blood) in relation to that of reference fluid were accurately determined by measuring the switching flow-rate ratio between the test and reference fluids, when a reverse flow of the test or reference fluid occurs in the junction channel. An analytical viscosity formula was derived to measure the viscosity of a test fluid in relation to that of the corresponding reference fluid using a discrete circuit model for the microfluidic device. The experimental analysis for evaluating the effects of various parameters on the performance of the proposed method revealed that the fluidic resistance ratio (RJL/RL, fluidic resistance in the junction channel (RJL) to fluidic resistance in the side channel (RL)) strongly affects the measurement accuracy. The microfluidic device with smaller RJL/RL values is helpful to measure accurately the viscosity of the test fluid. The proposed method accurately measured the viscosities of various fluids, including single-phase (Glycerin and plasma) and oil-water phase (oil vs. deionized water) fluids, compared with conventional methods. The proposed method was also successfully applied to measure viscosities of blood with varying hematocrits, chemically fixed RBCS, and channel sizes. Based on these experimental results, the proposed method can be effectively used to measure the viscosities of various fluids easily, without any fluorescent labeling and tedious calibration procedures.  相似文献

Cancer cells generally exhibit increased glycolysis for ATP generation (the Warburg effect). Compounds that inhibit glycolysis have potential applications in cancer treatment. dl-glyceraldehyde (DLG) and 2-Deoxyglucose (2-DG) have been proven effective in the inhibition of glucose metabolism. Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) cells were injected intraperitoneally (i.p) in 10–12 weeks old Swiss albino mice, weighing between 20 and 30 g. The anticancer activity of DLG and 2-DG were determined by tumor volume, tumor weight, viable and nonviable tumor cell count, average survival time, percentage increase in life span and tumor inhibition ratio. The blood samples were obtained for biochemical analysis after 9 days of treatment to study the effect on liver, kidney and haematological parameters. Histopathological examination of liver and kidney was also performed. One-way ANOVA test and Dunnett’s test were used for comparisons of parameters in study groups. Both DLG and 2-DG individually decreased the tumor weight, tumor volume, viable tumor cell count and significantly increased the life span of treated mice, however the combination was found to be better. The biochemical parameters of liver and kidney functions and haematological parameters were restored close to control group as compared with the EAC bearing mice. Histopathological examination of liver and kidney in EAC control group showed large areas of necrosis, congestion and mononuclear cell infiltration but such changes were not observed in liver and kidney sections observed after i.p injection of DLG and 2-DG for 9 days. Improvement was much better in the group where combination of these two drugs were used.  相似文献

Cisplatinum (Cispt) is an anti-cancer drug with a low level of solubility. One of Cispt’s solvents is dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) which can be substituted with chlorine of drug as Cispt’s solvent. Applying such a solvent in biological studies is impossible due to intense reduction in activity. On the other hand, it is specified that Cispt’s stability is increased in aqueous media by increasing sodium chloride (NaCl) concentration up to 0.9 %. Consequently, we intended to study the effect of DMSO on cytotoxicity of Cispt in presence of sodium. MTT assay was employed to study cytotoxicity effect of Cispt + NaCl + DMSO and Cispt + DMSO on G-292 cell line. Cytotoxicity in dilutions of 300 and 9 (p < 0.01) of Cispt in Cispt + NaCl + DMSO formulation was equal to 78 and 7 %. These values were estimated 79 and 18 % for Cispt + DMSO formulation and 79 and 24 % for free drug. IC50 values demonstrated reduction of 45 % in cytotoxicity of Cispt in Cispt + DMSO formulation. Studying chemical structure of Cispt and Cispt dissolved in DMSO showed that NaCl cannot inhibit inactivating effect of DMSO on Cispt and effect of this solvent on Cispt is independent from presence of NaCl. Results represented that using NaCl does not result in stability and keeping cytotoxicity properties of Cispt in DMSO. Findings suggest more studies for using DMSO as a solvent of Cispt.  相似文献

Introduction:

The measurement of cardiospecific troponins is pivotal in the diagnostic and prognostic approach of patients with suspected acute myocardial infarction (AMI). However, no information is available on the commutability of results between the novel highly-sensitive (HS) troponin T (TnT) and I (TnI) immunoassays.

Materials and methods:

The study population consisted in 47 consecutive patients presenting at the emergency department (ED) of the Academic Hospital of Parma with suspected AMI. TnI was measured with the novel prototype Beckman Coulter HS-AccuTnI immunoassay on Access 2, whereas TnT was measured with the Roche HS-TnT immunoassay on Cobas.

Results:

Eight out of the 47 patients (17%) were finally diagnosed as having an AMI. The overall correlation between TnT and TnI for total patient group was acceptable (r = 0.944; P < 0.01). Nevertheless, when the analysis of data was carried out in separate groups according to the final diagnosis of AMI, two different equation results were obtained, i.e., HS-TnT = HS-AccuTnI × 0.349 + 20 (r = 0.823; P < 0.01) in non-AMI patients, and HS-TnT = HS-AccuTnI × 0.134 + 67 (r = 0.972; P < 0.01) in those with AMI.

Conclusions:

This study suggests the existence of two biological relationships between TnI and TnT in plasma, depending on the source of release from the myocardium. Moreover, the non-commutability of data between HS-TnT and HS-AccuTnI jeopardizes the clinical decision making, makes it impossible to calculate the delta or reference change value using the two biomarkers and to finally establish a reliable kinetics of troponin release from the injured myocardium.  相似文献

Electrokinetically driven microfluidic devices are usually used to analyze and process biofluids which can be classified as non-Newtonian fluids. Conventional electrokinetic theories resulting from Newtonian hydrodynamics then fail to describe the behaviors of these fluids. In this study, a theoretical analysis of electro-osmotic mobility of non-Newtonian fluids is reported. The general Cauchy momentum equation is simplified by incorporation of the Gouy–Chapman solution to the Poisson–Boltzmann equation and the Carreau fluid constitutive model. Then a nonlinear ordinary differential equation governing the electro-osmotic velocity of Carreau fluids is obtained and solved numerically. The effects of the Weissenberg number (Wi), the surface zeta potential (ψ¯s), the power-law exponent(n), and the transitional parameter (β) on electro-osmotic mobility are examined. It is shown that the results presented in this study for the electro-osmotic mobility of Carreau fluids are quite general so that the electro-osmotic mobility for the Newtonian fluids and the power-law fluids can be obtained as two limiting cases.  相似文献
