目前,相当多的院校开展了学生评价教师教学质量（以下简称学生评教）这项工作。有学者指出,这种被寄予厚望的方法,其实际操作评价结果的信度和效度并不理想,甚至有偏执和异化的趋向。

学生评教是高等教育中一项非常重要的制度,是有效提高教学质量的手段。目前的学生评教制度还存在一些问题,不能够使教师的课堂教学得到公正客观的评价,教师也没有像预期的那样有效地改进教学,这些问题的原因可以从学生评教过程中各主体对角色的定位方面来找寻。本文以边疆综合大学为例,从教师和学生两大主体对各自角色的定位出发,通过问卷调查的方式,统计分析了现有学生评教制度的现状及问题,同时有所针对地提出几点建议,以期为学生评教工作的改进提供科学依据。 相似文献

文章旨在调查目前中国高校用以评价教学状况的证据来源情况。调查发现,学生评教仍是最主要的教学评价手段。被调查者认为学生可以基于经验回答学生评教指标中的大部分问题,但在是否完全信赖学生评教结果问题上态度不明确。基于此,调查者希望找到其它评价方式来补充、配合学生评教。然而有近一半的被调查院系只使用学生评教一种证据,总体平均使用两种教学评价证据。被调查院校最常使用的教学评价证据有学生评教、课堂观察、非正式评论和教学奖励等四种,但后两种并不直接支持课堂评估。为了对教学各方面指标进行全方位评估,文章建议使用教学评价证据档案袋,除学生评教外,还应包括同行观察、课程大纲、测试、教师课堂笔记以及课程教学材料等内容。 相似文献
